The space
This loft is in the 2nd story of an old commercial building. It's got its own parking lot so neighbors will not be disturbed. The space is actually much larger than the studio loft itself, set for future development! You'll be entering in the middle door of the building. There is a lockbox with a key inside that will allow you to enter that door. Once you enter, you must walk up a flight of stairs to enter the loft (sorry no accessible entrance). The loft is to your immediate left at the top of the stairs. Slide the latch to the right and enter this beautiful space!
Inside you will find a huge area at your convenience, incredible tall ceilings, and all the wonder of an old yet restored area. There is a commercial stove in the kitchen and the bathroom boasts a jet tub and a steam shower!
Casa de Juliet is truly a wonder to the creative eye. Allow it to captivate and inspire you as it has so many!

You have access to the entire studio. The additional space on the second floor is currently not in use. You are welcome to use it if you return it to its original condition. Please note, no parties are allowed unless expression permission is sought.
