↣ 5 mins to Laurel Park. Laurel Park is known as a quieter part of Lake Lanier with large bass fishing. The park features multiple boat ramps, a park with a wooded, paved trail, a playground and splash park for kids, covered pavilions, tennis courts, softball fields, volleyball facilities, and a mile-long running track.

↣ 6 mins to Lake Lanier Olympic Park. Built for the 1996 Olympic Rowing and Canoe/Kayak Competitions. The original timing tower remains today and is the last remaining venue from the 1996 Olympic Games that continues to be used for its original purpose. Features: boat ramp, courtesy dock, pavilion, picnic areas, open water swimming course and a beach swim area. Great for fishing, rowing, canoe/kayak, swimming, wake boarding. Starting in March, you can find food trucks at the park every Friday.
