◘ RENTAL AGREEMENT: The booking guest is required to promptly review and sign the vacation rental agreement before check-in. Failure to sign will result in the cancellation of the booking.
◘ RESIDENTIAL ZONE: Please respect our quiet residential area by avoiding parties, loud music, shouting, or disruptive behavior. Sound travels far in the mountains. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am.
◘ NO SMOKING OR VAPING: Smoking or vaping is prohibited throughout the premises, including balconies, driveway, backyard, and pool area.
◘ NO PETS & UNREGISTERED GUESTS: Pets are prohibited without the host’s approval. Unregistered guests are not permitted without the host’s permission.
◘ BASIC AMENITIES: A starter pack of laundry pods, detergent pods, and toiletries is provided for the guests' convenience. Additional supplies may need to be purchased if required.
◘ POOL RULES: No lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk. Shower before entering the pool. No food, glassware, or animals in the pool. No diving, pushing, or running. No boisterous or rough play. Children must be supervised and accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times. Please do not tamper with the pool equipment and pool alarm.
◘ POOL HEATING: Pool heating is available from October to April. The temperature is set at 85 degrees. The heating fee is $100 per day and must be paid before check-in.
◘ BAY COUNTY NOISE ORDINANCE: Any sound-producing device audible from 200 feet away from the building is prohibited. Any sound plainly audible inside a closed residence between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. is prohibited. Violations may result in a fine or imprisonment.
◘ SEPTIC SYSTEM: The beach house uses a septic system. Only flush toilet paper and avoid disposing of oil, grease, or chemicals down the drain.
◘ TRASH SERVICE: Trash is collected on Monday and Thursday mornings. Guests should place all trash in the bin and move it to the curb the night before.
◘ BEACH SAFETY: Guests are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the beach flag system, rip current warnings, leave-no-trace policy, and sea turtle protection guidelines. Double red flags indicate the beach is closed, and violations may result in a fine or imprisonment.
◘ GAS GRILL
Please operate the gas grill safely and responsibly. We provide one propane tank; any additional propane needed should be purchased by the guest.
◘ WATERFALL
The waterfall operates daily from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm, with a break from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm. Its functionality relies on the pool's water level and will automatically shut off if the water level is too low. Please do not climb on the waterfall structure or interfere with the waterfall equipment.
