Mi Casita on 11th is a charming 3 Bedroom/2 Bathroom Home that will accommodate 6 guests. Location! Location! This home is just a few minutes walk to Beautiful Indian Rocks Beach. The home features an open floor plan with a high beam ceiling, rustic yet contemporary touches throughout. Beautiful kitchen with an oversized island and new stainless steel appliances....perfect for the night you decide to stay in, make dinner and watch a movie! Farm style Dining table and Barn Doors make this a cozy choice for your vacation. All 3 Bedrooms complete with Queen size Beds and your own TV. The back yard is set up for Dining outdoors. Grill out and sit outside, enjoying the days stories.

House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful of noise during all hours. Quiet hours start at 10pm and you must adhere to local noise ordinance.
5. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.

Parking:
3 cars maximum

Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels.

​​​​​​​The surrounding local area has some great day trips as well: Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Ellenton Outlet Malls, Children's Museums, enjoy a Tampa Bay Ray's game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World and downtown Disney is just two hours away.
