Large downstairs unit with amazing ocean views has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, this location is truly stunning . Your vacation home is close to everything, supermarkets, shops and restaurants are just a short walk from your front door. Everything Newport Beach has to offer is at your fingertips, the Newport Beach Pier is just a quick stroll on the boardwalk. Restaurant row and posh Lido village is just down the road.

The kitchen is supplied with all the basic dishes, utensils and cookware needed for everyday cooking. We also stock some cleaning supplies and dry goods such as paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, etc. to help you begin your vacation however you may need to purchase additional supplies during your stay. We do not provide certain cooking items including cooking oil, etc. as well as blenders and/or specialty cookware.

Amazing location

The location is truly amazing. Steps to beach while not on a crowded path. The property was very clean and the property manager is very responsive even during the weekend and late at night A couple of things to note - the property listed an AC in amenities when we booked and it was removed later . The AC does exist but only in the common area. The bedrooms only have fans . The mattress in one of the bedrooms was very much worn out, there is no iron or ironing board at hair dryer and a couple of the outlets didn’t work, otherwise the property is very well stocked and taken care of

Great location

Amazing location, walk to the beach in seconds. Fun place to stay with friends and family. I will be staying here again. Manager is very easy to communicate with and was very helpful during our stay.

Great home

The home was very clean and updated. I loved that they didn’t fill the home with a bunch of furniture. It made it feel bigger and left room for packnplays for the babies.

Outstanding Beach House!!!

Nothing beats Newport and this house is outstanding right in the heart of it all!!! Troy the Host is A+++ and so is the property and the location… we walked to the Beach each day in less than 3 mins:) the house was recently redone and they did a perfect job. Super clean, bright and fresh. And everything needed is included in the house and boogie boards in the garage. It’s also awesome to be a 5 min walk to the grocery store and the best taco joint in the World: Sanchos!!! And Gina’s pizza is a must too. We ate on the patio most nights and loved it:) Lastly the area is super safe and clean for Families. thx Troy and Newport!!! We can’t wait to return!!!

Great location!

Steps to the beach, a very short walk to the shops on the boardwalk. Very clean and safe area. There was a grocery store just steps away. Easy check in and out process. Wonderful stay!

Great House for family vacation

We loved our stay at this house. Very clean and updated. Great to have a garage parking spot in this area. Also, close to restaurants and quick access to the beach.

Great location, clean house.

The location of this place is amazing. Steps from the beach. The house is newly renovated and was very clean when we arrived. The only negatives if I had to choose any would be their is one AC unit in the front room and on hot days it doesn’t really reach the master bedroom. Communication with the property Manager was amazing. Quick responses and very helpful throughout the whole stay. Would definitely stay here again.
