The Kitchen is fully-equipped and offers plenty of space for preparing Family Dinners!  Plenty of room around the Dining Room Table (seats 6-7) or the Breakfast Bar (seats 4) to accommodate the whole clan comfortably. - Pool Access: Your Happy Place is right down the road (about 120 feet!) from the Cottages at Eastern Lake Community pool, only a three minute walk!

Age Requirement: Please note our age requirement policy for March/April: One (1) parent or guardian over the age of 25 must be present and staying in the property for every three (3) guests between the ages of 15 and 25.

Two Night Reservations: Please note, two (2) night reservations are subject to a lower max occupancy. A two-night reservation max sleeping capacity is equal to half of the standard max occupancy restriction for the property.

Promotions, Rates, Availability, Closures, Construction, and Cancellations:
Promotions may change, be cancelled, and dates may be blacked out at BeachWalk's sole discretion and without notice.
Rates, availability, and minimum stay requirements are subject to change without notice.

Cancellation or changes to the dates of stay within a certain period prior to check-in may result in forfeiture of payment or associated fees, depending on the timing of the request.

No Pets: No pets of any kind are permitted. Violating this policy will incur an additional $500 charge, plus the cost of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.
