Outdoor & Indoor Pools are open! This is a beautiful condo with AMAZING views located just minutes from Ober Ski Resort and downtown Gatlinburg. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, complete with a full kitchen to enjoy a nice meal. In the summer months enjoy the outdoor pool. In the winter months, enjoy the indoor pool at the club or stay in and enjoy the wood burning fireplace. Great for a family or a couple's getaway to Gatlinburg to enjoy all of the attractions.

The views will take your breath away. The condo is very well decorated and gives a feeling of home. Why stay in a hotel when this place offers all of the amenities, but better?

Guest has access to the entire complex at the Summit. There is a very nice outdoor area by the club house that has gas grills, picnic tables and a small playground with a basketball goal. In the summer months enjoy the outdoor pool and patio area to cool off. Includes at the club house is a large laundry mat. Please note, this is a condo and you may have guests staying in the units beside or above you.

We like to let our guest feel at home and have their privacy when staying. We are close by and available however if anything is needed.

The condo is located on the 1st floor offering the best views around. Easy access to the condo. This is a popular overnight rental complex. You may have neighbors above you and beside you.

We want to reiterate utilizing a 4X4 vehicle when traveling to and from the condo, as well as all over Gatlinburg. The roads are paved and should be fine in any vehicle, but again, we cannot predict inclement weather that may cause issues for smaller vehicles.

We do not provide the firewood for the fireplace. It is provided via the complex in a seasonal manner.

Starter sets of toilet paper, paper towels, laundry/dish detergent, and bathing items are provided!

We suggest travel insurance for all bookings in case of any unpredictable circumstances being able to make the trip.

HOA has a strict- No pet policy. We fully comply with FDA service animal request; however, Emotion Support Animals (ESA) are not permitted. Service animals that are individually trained to do work with disabilities are welcomed. Comfort or Emotional support Animals are not Service Animals and therefore not permitted. I apologize for any inconvenience, this is an HOA rule that is strictly enforced, of which I have no control over.
