This quaint brand-new home built in 2022 is in the heart of Bends Southern Crossing district. You can walk or bike almost everywhere! This home was designed by award-winning local architect Muddy River Designs, with fabulous furnishings and modern amenities. This spacious four-bedroom, 2.5-bath sleeps up to 8 guests. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances. There is a gas fireplace to cozy up to after a day of adventures. The outside space includes a saltwater 7-person hot tub, Redwood Sauna, propane BBQ, and tables and chairs for socializing and dining.

A short stroll takes you to Old Mill shops, restaurants, an IMAX movie theater, and Hayden Amphitheater. With river trails and access points nearby, this location is perfect for an unforgettable Bend experience. Time to create some lasting memories!

Looking for some outdoor adventure? Mt Bachelor Ski Resort and the Cascade Lakes are just a short drive away and are perfect places to explore in any season. Biking trails in warmer seasons and skiing or snowboarding in the winter.

You will have full, private access to the entire home, deck, porch, and fenced-in yard.

Fantastic house, great location!

This house is great—it’s close to the Old Mill area and walkable to downtown (30 minutes). The bedrooms were clean and it’s great to have the back patio area (hot tub!) and the front porch for morning coffee. We loved everything about this place! Highly recommend for a group staying in the Bend area.

Wonderful stay

The house is wonderful and located very near the old mill district with a short ride to downtown. Owner was very responsive, house very clean and we enjoyed our stay. The only rec. (brought up by one of the other guests) would be to have fans in the bedrooms for folks used to air circulation/noise to sleep. Great stay! Loved the deer and the quail we saw in the front yard in the mornings.

Great plates for a guys trip in Bend

Three my best friends and I rented this place for a long weekend in Bend. We were out mountain, biking and rafting and taking in the local brewery scene. This was a close Uber ride to all of those and the hot tub was a great restful way to recover from all the activity. The house is new and clean, and the owner was very communicative.

Five Stars all around

Beautiful, spacious home the gives your family and friends plenty of space to relax and have fun. This home is immaculately clean, the kitchen is FULLY stocked with everything you would need to make and enjoy your family meals and there are many areas to hang out in; front porch, back patio, large kitchen/dining and upstairs bonus. Great place to stay in Bend

This house is lovely - very clean and with a nice layout. We stayed here in July with our adult children and found that the house provided plenty of room to be together as well as providing some privacy. The house was well situated to get to everywhere we wanted to go. The manager was very responsive.

Long family weekend!

We brought the entire family together for a long weekend as we now live across several states. The house was the perfect size for our family of 5 and everyone had their own bedroom to themselves. Comfortable and clean and easy all the way from selecting the property to checkout- everything was great! The location to downtown Bend and the Industrial District for shopping and restaurants has more than enough choices to offer, and the access to the highway to head out on our hikes and adventures together was convenient. Great stay and great host- would stay here again without hesitation!

Best Vrbo I’ve ever stayed.

Property seemed new and it was very clean. Every item one could need was available from all utensils to a charging station. Beds were comfortable. The boys loved the foosball table. Maybe the best amenity is the location. It’s a short walk to the Mill District restaurants and the river. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Bend.

Awesome getaway

We loved staying in this dreamhouse. It was light and bright and clean. My son learned how to make scrumptious omelets in this kitchen. We loved eating breakfast around the island, then we made sandwiches to pack for lunch while we skied. We came home an headed straight for the saltwater hot tub, had dinner, watched a movie by the fire, played foosball and did it all over again! My daughter and her friend loved having their independence and being able to walk to Sephora at the Old Mill District shops. The shower was fantastic and I'm missing the magnifying mirror in the bathroom already! Beds were comfortable, washer and dryer are new and quiet. We hope to come again!
