O-Aces - Beautiful inviting 3BR/3BA beach house!

O-Aces is a beautiful three-bedroom, three-bath open floor plan home with 2000 sq. ft that is situated in the private, gated Gulf Shores community of Martinique, and neighboring the Bon Secour National Wildlife Preserve.

Downstairs the living area is beautifully decorated and with a pull-out sofa, matching love seat, and two lounge chairs with an ottoman The fully equipped kitchen features include a side-by-side refrigerator/freezer, under-the-counter ice maker, four-slice toaster, regular coffee pot, and a pull-up bar with seating for three. There is also a small weather station on the black marble countertop going into the kitchen area. The dining table seats six and there is outdoor seating on all porches and balconies.

The primary bedroom features an armoire with drawers a large walk-in closet, and a private en-suite with a shower, large corner tub, and dual vanity. Guests will also enjoy direct access to the second-floor balcony. The upstairs guest bedroom features dual closets, nightstands, and a private bathroom with a dual vanity and tub/shower. The first-floor guest bedroom includes a dresser, closet, nightstands, and a private entrance to the back porch. Guests will also have en-suite access to the shared, first-floor bath. O-Aces has a screed in the back porch.
