Keep in mind that island life comes with seasonal pests like mosquitoes. To help keep them at bay, our properties receive professional pest control treatments every month. Please be aware that because Port Aransas is a unique coastal community, cable and Wi-Fi connectivity might be unpredictable. Thank you for acknowledging that we have no control over these services. Service interruptions will not qualify for any discounts or reimbursements.

GUEST VERIFICATION:
To ensure a smooth and secure stay, we require the primary guest listed on the reservation to complete a simple screening process within 48 hours of booking confirmation. Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until these steps are completed.

Once verified, and prior to check-in, guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes:
- Agreeing to our rental terms and conditions.
- Providing a valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card before check-in.
- Paying a non-refundable $50 damage waiver. The damage waiver provides coverage for accidental damage during your stay, as long as it is reported prior to your check-out.

The damage waiver covers accidental damage that may occur during your stay. To ensure coverage, all damage must be reported promptly while you’re still at the property. We understand there is normal wear and tear at houses but should anything accidentally break or get stained during your stay please just let us know. Thank you!

Great home and location

We loved this home! It was beautiful, the private pool and grill were a huge plus, and it had everything we needed. The location is just across the street from a beach access road, which was awesome! Parking was great, the outdoor area was really nice and having 2 hoses plus a shower helped with cleaning off items from the beach. The fridge had an ice maker which worked really great! We would most certainly stay at this home again!

We absolutely LOVED this house! It was perfect for our family! One thing we would of liked is for the pool to be warmer on the first day we got there. For some reason it did not heat up at all but the other days it did. But other than that we LOVED IT and will be back hopefully during the summer!

Call about pool heater not turning on. Was told that would have to call back in morning. So,1 night of pool use down the drain. mind you the pool was the biggest reason we rented this rental. So following day we didn't even bother with pool . Not very satisfied with rental.

Our stay

We stayed here for Spring Break. The area is in a very close location to the beach. The private heated pool, with a very convenient bathroom, mini fridge, sink, bbq pit and games, made it for a nice place to hang out downstairs. There is also room for two cars and a golf cart. The decor is nice and new. The tv is Roku so you can watch movies and play video games in all of the rooms. The bed and pillows were the most comfortable! Washer and dryers worked great as they are new. Cons - there really isn’t a place to store your clothes so you’ll have to keep them in your suitcase. No storage in the rooms or pantry in the kitchen. I don’t like clutter so having the food sitting on the counter instead of in a pantry, was something to get used to.

Problem with entry code

We had a great time but the code we were given for the entry keypad didn’t work and it took 45 minutes to get a person to help us. She finally changed the code to a temporary code and we were able to get in. We were told that a maintenance person would come to fix it but we never saw a maintenance person and never received info about a new code. We made sure someone stayed inside so we could get in when the 24 hours was up. The property was very nice but there was trash left behind- Little Debbie’s snack boxes in the kitchen drawers, Cheetos under the table and 2 half lemons in the garbage disposal that were rotting, too big to be ground up.
