The Space:
This lovely Craftsman home features classic architectural details, designer and antique touches, and plenty of natural light. With three bedrooms, two being extra spacious, a comfortable living area, and a fully equipped kitchen - it’s the ideal place to relax after a day of exploring the city. Whether you’re enjoying a quiet evening indoors or lounging out back, this space will feel like home.

Backyard:
The fully fenced backyard provides a peaceful oasis for outdoor enjoyment. It's perfect for children and pets to run and play, while adults can unwind with a book in the hammock or barbecue on the patio. Pets are welcome, so feel free to bring your furry companions along for the trip!

Our home is located in the fantastic Historic West Adams neighborhood, offering easy access to major attractions while providing a quiet retreat away from the hustle and bustle. You’ll be just a short drive from iconic spots like Hollywood, Griffith Park, Universal Studios, the beach and downtown LA, but you’ll enjoy the serenity of a quiet neighborhood to come home to each evening.

What a GEM!

Highly recommend this cozy and well-appointed home! Was perfect for our needs (husband working from home, and our 2 dogs). Excellent high-speed WiFi and large fenced backyard. All the comforts of home including lots of blankets/pillows, and well-stocked kitchen! Communication with Liz, the owner, was flawless. She was always so responsive and helpful. Will definitely return and refer friends and family to stay here when traveling to the LA area!

Us sisters had a great stay! We really appreciated the charm of the house and the comfy beds! (We did not hang out or cook in the house because we were busy exploring LA, but it was a perfect cozy place to return to at night!)

Cozy, comfortable home

My husband and I were travelling with two teenage exchange students. This house was perfect! We were totally fine with one bathroom - we just made a plan ahead of time that the adults would shower early am, teens would shower pm / end of day, and it worked perfectly! We also had our friend's kids over one evening (they are much younger - 7 & 9 years). We made dinner and breakfast daily. The kitchen is well stocked with all the essentials - all you need is your actual food. There's even a laundry room with soap! Beds were comfy - plenty of towels, linens, etc. we all slept great each night. We went to Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, Venice Beach, Korea Town. There's a lot to do within 20 min drive. VERY quiet, calm neighborhood. Excellent host. Would stay again. Definitely recommend for families!! House is so cute and well decorated, and lots of extra attention to details that might be needed for littles or pets for sure. 8 thumbs up!

Cute and comfy

This home was our perfect retreat for our visit to see a football game at the LA Memorial Coliseum. The beds were comfy, curtains dark to let us sleep late, and the home had everything we needed to feel right at home. I reccomend this home for anyone who wants to explore Los Angeles.

Charming Residence

We really enjoyed our stay at this charming, well equipped residence. The home is beautifully decorated, very cozy and pet friendly The owner has clearly put thought into making the accommodations comfortable. We had a couple minor questions during our stay and the owner was extremely responsive. The location is very convenient to dog friendly Kenneth Hahn state park.

Easy Squeezy

Quaint and clean. As described. Host was quick to respond. Central location for this “first time to LA” family wanting to do everything. With 2 teenage boys and a little guy, having one toilet was a minor issue but we knew that going in. Overall, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook. Neighborhood was quiet and we felt comfortable with using the towels. Linens, couch and pillows, etc. Great place to hang out. We weren’t there much, just to sleep but we’d stay again for sure.

Cute vintage pet friendly home

The kitchen was well stocked and we were happy to be able to park 2 cars on the side of the house. Loved having the fireplace and a backyard for our pet. The host was quick to respond to our texts and the street was quiet.

Great Rose Bowl weekend!

Liz's home was the perfect place for our family trip to the 2024 Rose Bowl game. It was very clean and had everything we needed. And the drive to Rose Bowl stadium was only ~30 minutes! Looking forward to staying again sometime.

Great location, good for pets, felt like home

We loved our stay. The home was super cute and had so many neat features including an additional exercise room with a treadmill, and a comfy outdoor living space. We especially loved all of the books that were spread throughout the house, and the garden which contained an orange tree, a fig tree, and a lime or lemon tree. We were happy to be able to keep our vehicle in the back behind a locked gate which was easily accessed with a garage door opener. The home was super friendly for our dogs as well. The house was complete with dog bowls, a separate garbage for their poop, and a dog brush. The kitchen was also well stocked and even had a straw cleaner. The location was also convenient. We were close to Universal Studios and Santa Monica Pier/Venice beach and also visited Little Tokyo. I definitely recommend this place.

Cozy home away from home

We absolutely loved this place! It is a charming craftsman home in a sweet, quiet neighborhood which is conveniently located. We had lovely dinners, hung out on the porch at sunset and thoroughly enjoyed our backyard barbecue. The beds were very comfortable. The house is nicely decorated and had all of the necessary amenities. It was the perfect home base for our L.A. visit.

There isn't a better location in Los Angeles! Close to downtown, the beach, Hollywood and an easy drive to Disney and Universal. Amazing historic home and secured backyard great for pets and a real sanctuary with fruit trees for relaxing!
