Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located space. Minutes away from EA Sports Arena, AT&T Stadium, Globe Life Field, Six Flags and Hurricane Harbor. Perro Chateau is located directly between Downtown Dallas and Downtown Fort Worth, accessible by Interstate 30.
The space
Perro Chateau has everything you need! You will feel right at home! The bedroom features a flat screen smart tv and 2 very comfortable full size beds separated by a USB equipped nightstand! The bathroom has a bath/shower combo with a large rain style shower head. We provide most toiletries including Toilet Tissue, Cotton Swabs, Cotton Balls, Shower Caps, Toothbrushes, Shampoo and Conditioner just to list a few. There is in-unit laundry, full size washer and dryer with complimentary detergent, bleach and softener. For those of you traveling for work, enjoy high speed internet, we have a desk and (printer upon request). You have everything you need to cook a full meal and there’s enough dining space to sit (7) 4 at the table and 3 at the bar. We provide coffee, sugar, Splenda, creamer, all complimentary. There’s a full snack bar including drinks for purchase. In our spacious living area, there’s a full-size sleeper couch, with a big screen smart TV. Lastly, the patio features a small table and 2 chairs sitting on faux grass with a beautiful scenic view.
