Kuilima Estates East offers two swimming pools which include Gazebo and Grills, two sports courts with tennis and pickleball, and manicured landscaped grounds with walking paths. Turtle Bay is a unique and picturesque area on Oahu's pristine North East Corner. The Turtle Bay Hotel, just a five-minute walk away, offers several bars and restaurants. The resort area features two world-class golf courses (Fazio and Palmer), four excellent restaurants, a few surf spots, and beautiful sunset views.
Located just four miles from famous beaches like Sunset Beach, Pipeline, and Waimea Bay, and 12 miles from the historic Haleiwa town, where you can enjoy local restaurants, shopping, and activities. The Polynesian Cultural Center is only 15 miles away.

Getting Here
We recommend renting a car to fully explore Turtle Bay and the surrounding areas. However, guests can also use Uber or take the bus, with door-to-door service available from the airport.

Security Deposit: Security Deposits are intended to encourage prompt check-out, as well as to ensure the unit is left in the same good condition it was found in. We find this penalty regrettable as events which make it necessary.
Smoking/Pets: Smoking is not allowed, as all units are non- smoking. We love pets as much as you do, but unfortunately they are not allowed.
Lock & Key: The lock pad is on the front door. Please open the screen to access it. Your code will come in the ‘Before You Arrive’ email.
Gate Fob Key: Inside the unit, there are 2 Fobs hanging next to the front door. You will be responsible for leaving these Fobs hanging where you found them.
Parking: There is one assigned parking space
Guest Parking: There are designated guest parking stalls at Kuilima East. Parking is free, however, guests are required to obtain and clearly display a Guest Parking Pass.
Please keep the unit free of crumbs: Tropical bugs LOVE crumbs! Please clean thoroughly immediately after finishing cooking and eating-in. This helps keep insects out of the unit.
Tips: Wipe down counters and sink; Store food in closed containers in the refrigerator. DO NOT leave dirty dishes or empty food containers out. Take out boxes or excessive garbage in the unit at any time.
Quiet Hours: 9:00pm - 8:00am
Parties are not allowed.
As a courtesy, we offer basic household supplies for the first day(s) of your stay.
Laundry: Do not use laundry detergent with bleach/oxi, it stains our towels! Please remove sand and shells from pockets and bathing suits BEFORE loading items in the washer. Please shake sand off towels, outside, BEFORE loading in the washer.
Sand: Please remove sand and shells from pockets and bathing suits BEFORE entering the house and showers.
Trash: Please take out the trash. Dumpster is adjacent to the parking area.
Toilets: Please do NOT flush feminine products, disposable wipes or trash in the toilet.
Smoking is not allowed.
