Our home offers the very best Singer Island has to offer. Relax and enjoy the resort style backyard equipped with a pool and putting green or take a 4 minute walk to the beach. Explore local shops, restaurants, peanut island, and so much more as Singer Island is a close drive to Palm Beach/West Palm Beach, Palm Beach Gardens, and Jupiter!

Drive down a private cul-de-sac just across from the beach and park in the large circular driveway flanked by palm trees.

The open concept living area features a comfortable modern sectional and high end furnishings surrounding the 63" Smart TV that has cable so you can watch all your favorite sports and shows. The living space flows through the dining area to a fully equipped kitchen with new modern appliances all while enjoying the beautiful backyard oasis through expansive glass sliders.

The master bedroom has complete privacy from the other two bedrooms as it comprises the left wing of the house and has views of the pool and backyard. Complete with an en suite bathroom with a dual sink vanity and jetted tub shower. Next to the king bed is a large walk in closet and private sliding doors that lead out to the backyard oasis.

The second bedroom (the wave room) features two twin beds with a beautifully painted wave mural to make you smile and fully experience the beach vibe of this home. There is a large closet for storage as well.

The spacious third bedroom (the pink room) features two queen beds with beautifully appointed linens, large closet and full length mirror and private glass sliders out to the pool.

The backyard oasis will not disappoint. Enjoy your own private pool with modern lounge chairs, a large dining table with comfortable seating, and your very own putting green. You can cook on the grill and pass food and drinks back and forth through the bar adjacent to the kitchen.

Walk to the beach in under five minutes along a private beach access trail. Our home has beach chairs, boogie boards, towels, beach toys and an umbrellas to make sure you have everything needed for the perfect beach day. When you arrive back from the beach you can rinse off in our heated outdoor shower before returning to your little slice of paradise.

The washer and dryer are located in the garage, where there is also a ping pong table. For additional fun our house is also complete with board games, pool floats, and corn hole. Amazing snorkeling and excursions to Peanut Island are available nearby.

Our home has high speed Wi-fi and central air conditioning that will ensure you are comfortable when you are not outside enjoying the sunshine.
