Located in the heart of downtown Toronto, steps away from world class restaurants, nightlife, sporting events, cultural attractions and trendy & independent coffee shops. You will have everything at your doorstep to make your stay enjoyable and memorable. Close to the trendy areas of King West, Queen West, Financial District, Entertainment District, TIFF, theatres, Rogers Centre, Scotiabank Arena, Kensington Market and Union Station.
There is easy access to three major streetcar lines. The 504 King Streetcar takes you east & west throughout the city. The 501 Queen Streetcar takes you along the hippest stretch of shops, restaurants, bars & nightlife in the country. The 510 Spadina Streetcar goes north & south along Spadina Avenue connecting you to Line 1 & 2 of the subway system (at Spadina station).Two subway stations (St. Andrew & Osgoode) are also conveniently located a short 9 minute walk away. Union Station is a 20 minute walk away as well. Close proximity to Billy Bishop Toronto Island Airport, the Union Pearson Express (UP Express), Gardiner Expressway, and Don Valley Parkway (DVP).
There is no parking at the building however there is a parking lot directly across the street on Peter St. Please check with them for rates.

If guests lock themselves out of the property OR they do not place keys/FOB in the lockbox at checkout, OR they are late checking out, a $90 fee will apply. If a guest loses a set of keys/FOB during their stay, a $150 fee will apply.
➤ The property does have both heating and A/C but we don't guarantee that you can reach a comfortable setting if you're preferred temperature is outside of the range of about 17 - 25 degrees Celsius. Additionally, given the nature of short term rentals, with people being in and out constantly, we can't guarantee 100% uptime as unfortunately some guests will occasionally push the systems beyond their capacity requiring repairs.
Please respect the building & neighbours at all times. No smoking/vaping inside the unit or on the balcony. Please keep noise levels to a minimum after 10pm.
