This single-level home is half of a duplex property - one with a fantastic waterfront location in Key Colony Beach. You'll be across the street from a neighborhood park and basketball court, and up the road from the community's tennis courts and golf course. The Cabana Club is only half a mile south, where you'll have a guest membership for the private pool and beach.

After a day spent boating, fishing, or swimming, come home to lounge in the Adirondack chairs at the water's edge, get the gas grill going for dinner on the patio, and admire the gorgeous colors of the sunset illuminating the ocean inlet.

The home's interior is sunny, breezy, and decorated in soft whites, blues, and teals. There's a compact kitchen with every essential, space to dine at both the breakfast bar and table, and a living room with a cable TV. There are also TVs in the bedrooms, as well as a full bathroom to pair with each. Additional amenities include complimentary WiFi, a washer/dryer, and mini-split AC throughout the house.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
