Prior to the master bedroom you will find the guest bedroom and this room features a queen size bed along with a twin bed and a twin trundle. The guest bedroom also features cable TV/DVD. Directly across from the guest bedroom is the guest bathroom. Also, completely renovated this bathroom features all new sinks, toilet, and walk in shower. The brand new kitchen features all new appliances with an expansive kitchen island and all new cabinetry. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need and everything is very clean. A separate dining area along with the oversized island will provide plenty of seating and space for eating in. The Pelican is also located directly on the ocean so the walk from the unit to the pool and beach are very short and easy.

While staying here, we offer two beach chairs, a cooler, a pop up sun shade, and a few beach toys and boards as well as stock the condo with plenty of soft linens and towels.
