This beautifully decorated and furnished condo with a fabulous oceanfront location is one of the finest one bedroom condos available anywhere in Ponte Vedra. It is located in the prestigious and private gated Sawgrass Beach Club. Well cared for and equipped with competitive rates equal the best value on the beach.

Walk into the light and airy spacious Great Room with dining room table, high speed wi-fi, Youtube TV and more. Very warm and inviting. Sip cocktails in the evening or catch the morning sunrise with a cup of coffee from your large second floor deck and fantastic view of the beach and ocean. The kitchen has a sit down eating bar and all the equipment needed to make some lovely meals right at home, in addition to a dining room table. Brand new kitchen counter tops and refrigerator and stove. The bedroom has a King bed and a large TV. The newly remodeled bathroom with tub/shower is absolutely beautiful.

Wireless internet connection, all linens, beach towels, beach chairs, toys and more! All here to enjoy.

Surf Villa is a wonderful place to get away! There is also an option to join the Sawgrass Beach and Country Club some 50 yards away for monthly rentals. Perfect by the beach

Nicely finished 1-bedroom, second floor, with lovely deck looking out over the lawn to the beach and ocean. Wake with the sun, to bed with the full moon rising over the Atlantic. The two additional beds are built into a little cubby carved out of the living room--fun for kids, adequate for agile adults.

Wonderful stay

Great location on the beach. Clean and up to date. Perfect for a family of four with young kids. Owners were wonderful and answered all my questions. Definitely recommend and stay there again.

Awesome sunrises

Steps to private beautiful beach. Condo is well appointed and very comfortable. If the beach becomes too windy there is a great pool available with comfortable lounge chairs and umbrellas. Great communications with the owner. Shopping and restaurants nearby. You won’t be disappointed.

Beautiful space

Super clean, beautiful beach front location at saw grass country club. We unfortunately had to leave early due to unforeseen circumstances, and the owners were very fair with us. Would highly recommend.

Impeccable Beachfront Condo

We stayed for a week in July. Our hosts (the Grays) provided a beautiful, well-cared-for, clean, tastefully decorated, fully stocked condo with a million dollar view right on the beach. We had access to their golf cart for short hops around the property. Have stayed in other places in the area and this was the absolute best. Our thanks to the owners.

Peaceful getaway

Had an absolute wonderful stay with my husband for a few nights at the beach. The view and overall vibe of the unit is great. We enjoyed breakfast outside on the deck watching dolphins swim by in the mornings as well as some fun surfing / swimming / walks. Owners Tom and Jennifer were very responsive. Thank you!

Week at the Beach

We got everything we hoped for at this beachside condo: comfortable furnishings, charming decor, a kitchen and pantry with ample basic supplies, all well cleaned and prepped for our stay. Only steps away from a prinstine sandy beach and a perfect view of the sunrise, we enjoyed frequent walks on the beach and much needed peace and quiet, although we enjoyed the evening music wafting our way from the Beach Club nearby. We would definitely stay here again on another visit to Ponte Vedre Beach.

Stunning

This home-away-from-home is on the second floor. We enjoyed the deck with its panoramic view of the ocean as the pelicans flew over in formation. The apartment is clean and well stocked from shampoo to beach needs. There is an umbrella on the deck, but in May we hardly needed it, with ocean breezes. The sunrise is viewed from the deck, and we were blessed to view a full moon glistening on the water. In all, it is a very calm and peaceful abode. We highly recommend.

Fabulous Beach Retreat

Absolutely love this place! The location was perfect for a quiet beach get-away. The condo was immaculate, very comfortable, and beautifully decorated. Watching the sunrise from the spacious oceanfront deck each morning was spectacular and one of the highpoints of the day. Everything you could imagine needing was already there. Perfect!

Great Condo On The Beach
