Loaded with breathtaking panoramic Lake Washington view, this house has a lot to offer! This unit can host up to 16 guests, featuring 4 bedrooms with 8 beds, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, big living space, laundry, and anything that you can think of. This kind of space and gorgeous view is definitely a rare find!
**You will have the entire upper unit with a private entrance. Please note that there's another unit on the 1st floor, which is not included in this listing.
**You will need to walk 30+ stairs.
**Please only park 3 cars on Arrowsmith Ave S and park half on curb to make sure the road is not blocked. If you drive more than 3 cars, please find parkings on other streets. If violated, a $200 will be posed and your cars might be towed at your own expense.
This house features 4 bedrooms (with 6 queen size beds, a full over full bunk bed), a sofa bed, 2 full bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave, and full washer & dryer with detergent, providing enough space for families and groups. Smart TV and portable ACs are also equipped in this house for better stay experience.
You will have access to the entire space except for the storage rooms on the 2nd floor and the attic area on the 3rd floor.

There is no designated parking for the house, but there is plenty of free street parking available.

Also note if an unauthorized animal is found in the vacation home, we will ask that it be removed immediately and a non-refundable fee of $500 (sometimes up to $1,000) will be charged.

We appreciate that you are helping to take care of the cleanliness of our house! Please kindly remove your shoes when you enter the house.
6.【Self Catering】
This is a self catering home. We will provide an initial starter supply such as toilet paper, etc. Extra supplies will need to be purchased from the store at your cost.
7.【Early check-in】
We’ll be happy to accommodate early check-in but there is an early check-in fee of $200. Availability is based on whether there are guests checking out on the same day as your arrival, so we can ONLY approve on a case by case basis once confirming with our cleaners that the home will be ready. Please check with us 1 day prior to your check-in date.
8.【NO late check-out】
Unfortunately we can't accommodate late-check out, since we usually have same day check-in and we need to give our cleaning crew enough time to tidy up the house for the next guests.

Please sort out garbage and recycles and dispose those into appropriate cans. If you are not sure, please leave them inside house and let the cleaner take care of them.
