Come stay at our Spacious 4 bed 2.5 bath home, Equipped with game room..Pool table/ Hockey Table/ ping pong/ extra large Jenga set... Dart Board and games. Fully stocked kitchen with all the amenities needed to cook a home meal, Blender and Toaster, and a drip system coffee maker with washable filter, coffee is provided as well as tea and sugar. BBQ gas Grill, and also washer and dryer.

House has 4 Tvs, including a 65" in the main living room, and also 55" in game room. Dedicated work space with wifi Printer. Home is equipped with 2 baby safety gates for the stairs for families traveling with toddlers. Water dispensed from the fridge is filtered and safe for drinking.

Centrally located, close to shopping and dinning out in town. Quiet neighborhood with walking paths right across the street. And about 10 min drive away from the new PGA Golf tournament Headquarters.

The stay was great.

We used this house as a place to all get together for my son's bachelor party. We had a few events planned around the Frisco area and used the house as a "base camp" for the group. It easily slept seven grown men comfortably

Great neighborhood-a block out the front door to walking trail

We were in town for my daughter’s wedding. The venue was within a 12 minute drive. This is a nice quiet neighborhood, with super convenient walking trail.

Great place for family

We had family coming in town for graduation and wanted a place for them all to be together. This house was perfect. Everything was exactly as expected and communication was super easy (and fast) with the host. Much easier and more comfortable than a hotel.

Great Home

We were in town for a women's conference and enjoyed the community of being in this beautiful home together. The only problem that we feel the add was a little misleading on sleeping options. There were 11 of us but the listing said 12 could sleep. The 3 that slept in the game room were very uncomfortable and a 4th person could not have slept in that area. Maybe that area is for 4 small children but definitely not for adults.

This property was a great location. We chose it for that and because it appeared to be well kept. Checking in was easy. The house is in need of updates, but even so, it was accommodating for our stay. Several light bulbs were out. There were not enough towels, and the ones available were old and thin. The shower in the upstairs bathroom was tricky, and we were a little afraid to try to turn it too much as there was a handwritten note that stated it had been broken several times in the past. This property has great potential for guests looking for a convenient location to shopping and good restaurants in the area, but it definitely could use some TLC.

Christmas in July

My Bestie recently moved to Texas and because of this move we weren’t able to have our annual Christmas fish fry. So, we came up with the great idea of getting our families together for a Christmas in July celebration. After traveling for 10 hours we wanted to be close to my friend and not in a hotel and this house was perfect for my family of 6. It was spacious, clean, in a quiet neighborhood, and close to my Bestie. It was also priced just right! The only issue we had was a broken television upstairs but other than that we truly enjoyed the space and would stay again.

Overall nice stay

Our family, including 6 adults and 3 children, stayed here very comfortably. There is plenty of room to spread out and relax in the game room upstairs. The kitchen is decently equipped and big enough to cook a family dinner. We appreciated the thoughtful amenities provided by our host, including shampoo and conditioner, laundry pods, and a few snacks and cooking basics. The Christmas tree was a nice, homey touch as we were there for the holidays! Downsides include a hiccup with check-in (resolved within an hour). Overall cleanliness was pretty good - we did note some dirty cookware and mystery stains in the upstairs carpet. We would stay here again if we came back to town.

The property was as stated, but the entrance had several active bee hives that had to be sprayed before we could enter the property. The property manager didn't respond to the issue about the water in the upstairs bathroom. Also the PM didn't call me but I had to reach out to them for the entry information.

Lacking in accommodations

The house was pretty nice, but rough around the edges and not in great condition. Overall our stay was frustrating because of the lack of accommodations. The house is bare bones, they barely provide anything for you. We had enough toilet paper to last us 2 days, and we were there for 6. They gave us 4 dishwasher pods, not even 1 for each day we were there. The kitchen was barely stocked. No curtains in the primary bedroom downstairs, so it got really bright very early in the morning. The playroom games were all missing most of the pieces, no darts for the dartboard. We basically had to buy everything ourselves, and it just felt like they did the absolutely bare minimum to accommodate for guests. I will say the house is a nice layout and very spacious, but that was the only real positive, unfortunately.
