Entzückend und nur 50 Schritte zum tollen Longboat Beach direkt gegenüber der Straße ist der Zugang zum Strand. Dies ist ein sehr privaten Teil des Longboat und oft werden Sie eine Seele nicht sehen. Ich war in der Höhe der Saison besuchen und sah nur eine Handvoll Leute. Wenn es Privatsphäre, die Sie wollen, dass Sie es. Es ist alles ganz neu mit einem Doppelbett und Schlafsofa für Schlafgelegenheiten. Es verfügt über alle neuen Geräte mit einem Geschirrspüler zu.

Schön und eine große Flucht! Strand direkt über die Straße etwa 50 Schritte. Sie können hören und sehen auf den Golf von Ihrem Gerät. Jeder verliebt sich in meiner Einheit.

Ein großes Einkaufszentrum, Avenue of the Flowers, ist hinter der Anlage und bietet eine große Lebensmittelgeschäft, Wein und Spirituosengeschäft, Apotheke, Videoverleih, Fachgeschäften und Restaurants. Hochwertige Municipal Tennisplätze sind nur einen Block entfernt und ein Vier-Fuß breiten Gehweg erstreckt sich für die meisten von Longboat Key mit sieben bis acht Meilen für Joggen, Inlineskaten, Wandern und Radfahren, und Ihren Hund zu Fuß. Man kann auch zu Fuß den Strand für die gleiche Strecke, oder Schälen ist eine Lieblingsbeschäftigung.

Es gibt auch Radwege auf beiden Seiten des Golfs von Mexiko-Antrieb für extreme Radfahrer. Longboat Key ist ein sehr gehobenen lagerten Insel, die durch Brücken mit Anna Maria Key im Norden und St. angeschlossen ist Armands Key und Sarasota in den Süden. Sarasota Airport ist eine einfache 15-20 Minuten Fahrt und der internationale Flughafen Tampa ist eine Autostunde nord.

2 Meilen von der berühmten und schönen St. Armands Circle. Zu Fuß oder mit dem Trolley oder Park in den vielen Räumen zur Verfügung gestellt.

Loved the location .

Hard to enjoy screened patio because of air conditioner . So much noise. So glad to find a dog friendly condo. Close to Publix grocery store. Loved the beach.

Beach life!

Second time staying at The Neptune. Best prices on Longboat Key to walk out and onto the beach. Cute, cozy, clean, and functional. I work remote, was able to have room for all my equipment, great wi-fi, quiet area. Lunches at the beach and a swim. Thats my kind of work day! So many wonderful things to see and do in the area. Cant wait to visit again.

The perfect location!

My dog and I stayed at Mark’s property for a month and it was just perfect. Nothing fancy and minimal amenities, but boy did the location (across the street from the beach) make up for any imperfections. The Wi-Fi worked great. The screened in porch was perfect for me and especially my dog. Mark was great and easy to communicate with. I had everything I needed at the condo! I will absolutely be back next year. Highly recommend!

Best experience so far

Mark was an incredible host, I stayed through hurricane Ian and he stayed in constant contact to update me on town alerts and to just make sure I was safe. The property far exceeded my expectations. Everything you need and really nothing you don’t. The location is perfect and mark let me in on lots of little hints for getting around and such. I will definitely look at marks listings anytime I need a place to stay. I am very thankful for an amazing stay

Beach Getaway

Conveniently located directly across Gulf Blvd from the beach access, this quaint condo makes for a wonderful beach getaway. Mark, the host, responded to all questions nearly immediately.

Steps away from beach

We enjoyed our stay! We were able to bring our pups and could easily walk to the beach. The beach was quiet and relaxing. The room was just enough for our quick stay and close to shops as well.

LBK Vaycay

This was our 1st time on vacation in years. We’ve never done anything other then hotels so this was a new experience for us. Location is great. Place was clean and ready before check in. I misread check out time, as we were leaving cleaning person was coming in. She was nice and kindly waited for us to grab the dogs and run. Since we have an Autistic son mornings can be rough. Had I realized check out was 10am I would of asked for an extension or perhaps found something with later check out. All in all the owners were very responsive when we had a worry or question. Towels had spots on them wish they looked cleaner but probably had to do with families renting. We didn’t use the beach stuff but having it there is a nice touch. Wish the couch was facing the TV and a ceiling fan in the bedroom is a must! Bedroom gets a lot warmer then the rest of the place but as the owner suggested we shut other vents to push AC into the room and used the box fan. That did help greatly!! Disclaimer because of my lung issues I keep out place at 65-68 so I am used to a very VERY cold place so don’t let the no ceiling fan deter you. For the price it’s a good deal. We would gladly come back.

Enjoyed Condo and Location

Stayed at this condo while in town for a tennis tournament at the nearby Town Center. My wife and I and two small dogs loved the location-easy walking distance to beach, shopping center, and tennis center. Condo was in good shape, and check-in process was very easy. We had a couple questions at arrival that owner answered quickly. And the weather definitely beat what we left at home!

Long Boat Key Condo

Our stay was ok for the $. It wasn’t until after I committed to our stay that I realized there wasn’t a pool. (No cancellation refunds.) The traffic noise was awful. The condo was surfacely clean. It could use a deep cleaning, especially since pets are allowed. The furniture arrangement was strange. Two people cannot comfortably sit on the couch to relax and watch TV. (Cable selection too limited.) The owner states do not move the furniture. Suggestion: Move the dining room table where the couch is and vice versa. The cocktail table in front of the couch. The TV/armoire on the wall directly in front of the cocktail table and couch. Get rid of the lounger which is taking up valuable space. The glass bathroom sink is impractical. No where to set personal belongings. The shower is nice. The Ninja coffee maker was also nice. Provided toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, etc., etc., were an appreciated touch. Incorporating these suggestions would make for a more comfortable and pleasant stay. The owner was quick to respond to our needs.

Wonderful Place

We had a great time!!! Wonderful condo right across from beach access. Quiet location as well!!! It had everything we needed there was no shortage of towels, blankets, beach towels, pillows or anything you could think of. After traveling from philly at 4am we got there early and were able to go to the condo early which we really appreciated. A quick text to the owner and a quick response was so convenient. I have nothing negative to say! We enjoyed our stay and for 2-4 people would love to stay there again!
