1 BR/BA apartment attached to primary residence. Complete privacy with private courtyard. We recently added this addition to our home completely modern with new decor. Full size kitchen, bathroom with walk-in shower, and king size bed with walk-in closet and full size stackable washer/dryer. Living room has a sofa bed. Apartment sleeps up to 4. Rental comes with parking in wrap around driveway. Conveniently located in the Groves area of Mesa, AZ. Location is close to Falcon Field, Mesa Riverview, Tempe Town Lake, and Great Freeway Access to Downtown PHX.

Lovely!

Property is in a lovely and quiet neighborhood. Apartment is nicely furnished. Mattress is too die for!! I noticed there were stains on stove-we did not use stove. I have a glass top at home and use Weimar Glass Cook Top cleaner-perhaps you could use the same, clean stove and then leave cleaner in apartment for renters to clean stove as needed.

Nice Apartment!

We enjoyed a couple nights at this apartment in the Groves Area. Perfect size for 2 people. Clean and convenient to restaurants and visiting the Scottsdale/Phoenix area.

Perfect For Us

We needed a home base from which to golf, hike, and dine. This was perfect. Situated in a quiet neighborhood, it had a comfy bed, a full kitchen, and laundry so we didn't have to pack a bunch of clothes to change into when we got sweaty from outdoor activities. Stopped at the grocery store to pick up breakfast necessities. Loved that the apartment is located between the Superstition Mountains (Lost Dutchman State Park) and the Desert Botanical Garden. Could have easily visited South Mountain, Camelback, or Piestewa if we had the ability to stay longer. Thanks for hosting us!

Spring training with friends

We spent three days at the apartment and found it to be everything it was advertised. Very nice, quiet neighborhood. All new appliances. Clean, well appointed, comfortable, well supplied.

Delivers -what you see is what you get!

Lots of attention to detail, small incidentals such as salt and pepper, sugar for coffee, coffee to start you off, enough paper supplies and such. Very clean and in excellent condition!

Good location for getting to multiple areas , quiet neighborhood. We were able to borrow a couple coolers which was helpful to be able to stay out all day.

the place was perfect for us! it was not only clean but also updated and had everything we needed. The pictures are very true to the actual enviroment. Beautiful apt

Very beautiful apt. Clean and new. Washer and dryer in unit. Laundry soap and dryer sheets complimentary. Bed comfortable, but high and difficult to get into with out using furnished step. Bathroom was very nice.

Wonderful apartment

This place was absolutely fabulous and very clean. Comfy bed and very convenient to anywhere in the area you want to get to. Flawless check in and very private seeing that it’s connected to the main house. Plenty o space to park. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

Exactly as pictured!

Nice property, quiet area, comfy bed, good communication. No problems! Just a few FYI's : there are many plug-in fragrance dispensers if your sensitive (they were great about letting me remove them) & during the week you can hear the garage door & such when they leave for work around 7:15ish.... not a complaint just heads up if you wanted to sleep in (i was up so no problemo)

Mesa stay

This property was as advertised & very comfortable. It was nice to be able to do our laundry after being on the road for 2 wks. The location was convenient to all the square dancing we wanted to do & we enjoyed walking in the neighborhood to stretch our legs. The host was very responsive & we would definitely stay here again! Very nice courtyard, too.

Par excellence

Modern, roomy condo with all the conveniences including washer, dryer, A/C. Wi-fi excellent and free. Very well maintained. Communication with our host, Cynthia, was prompt and courteous. Great location for golfing, sightseeing, and shopping with quick access to the freeway system. Only 25 minutes from Skyharbor airport. Highly recommended.

Baseball tournament

It was exactly as depicted: a convenient location and very comfortable lodgings. There was perfect and quick communication between me and the host. All issues-few and minor-were addressed quickly. I’ll definitely be back if need be.
