Located close to West Asheville, Enka-Candler, and Carrier Park, this house is located on a private road just off of a busy road with easy access to the highways.

Please note that this home is in a residential neighborhood with primarily local folks who have to get up for workin the morning, have sleeping babies, etc.

While I want you to have a great time, if you think your party will be on the louder side, this might not be the best place for your group. Thanks for your consideration!

Please note that the only bathroom on the second level is the primary bathroom. For those staying in the bunk room, they'll either need to access the upstairs bathroom through the primary bedroom or head downstairs.

You can rest easy knowing your space is covered with $5,000 in "All-Risk" Damage in addition to Airbnb's AirCover. Although rare, accidental damage from guests does happen. Traditionally, this was managed via security deposit or vacation rental damage insurance purchased by guests. Both are cumbersome and often have big limitations in protection.

- You MUST shower before entering the hot tub. If there is evidence that you have not showered prior to entering and the filter or water quality are impacted, you may be charged an $85 deep clean/refill fee.

- No glass allowed near the hot tub.

- Keep a close eye on your kids while being on the balcony or in the hot tub.

- No unauthorized parties or events allowed.

- No smoking allowed.

- No pets allowed.

- No unregistered guests allowed.

- Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms.

- Please respect check-in (4:00 PM) and check-out (10:00 AM) times.

- Please do your dishes.

- All trash must be bagged or it will not be taken by city garbage services

If you're heading to the house eastbound on Sand Hill Rd, slow down as soon as you see Green Valley Rd. Our street looks like a small private street right after Green Valley and you don't want to miss it. Once you pull in, we're the first house you'll see straight ahead. Feel free to park in front of the front door or in the two spots in front of the garage, but make sure to leave room for our neighbor to the left to access their house.

Came up for a boys trip and had an excellent time. The house is amazing with comfortable beds and and awesome game room. Very conveniently located as well. Overall a great stay!

Perfect Getaway

This listing was perfect in every single way. From the modern aesthetics to the available amenities. My wife and I celebrated our four year anniversary with our families and this property provided us an opportunity to that without interruptions. The host was readily available and we really appreciated them in every manner. We are planning to come to this property again during the summer.

Great Elopement

We decided to elope to Asheville. The company we went with allowed 6 guests. We rented this house so that everyone could stay together and celebrate. The house was perfect for our needs. Lots of great open space to share together. There were a couple items missing but the owner was very prompt and had a delivery on the porch by the next morning. Everything was smooth. We all had a great time amd highly recommend to others.

Awesome pad!

Great spot for our reunion of friends. The finishings were well thought out and there was an abundance of nice amenities. Wonderful location to access both the Asheville scene and the Blue Ridge Parkway.
