Located in the heart of Mission Beach you are close to coffee shops, restaurants and shops, but quietly situated away from the bustle. The outdoor patio is perfect for people watching with a glass of wine or enjoying your morning coffee.

This house that is perfect for a family or small group.

Bedroom one has a queen bed, and the second bedroom has a full bed. A fully stocked kitchen, reliable WiFi, and Uverse TV/Netflix, provides everything you need for a beach vacation, remote working, exploring the area or just relaxing.

Local management is just a call or text away if you need anything. Information guide in home.

Neighborhood:

Fun and funky Mission Beach is a top destination for San Diego Visitors. Mission Beach is in the heart of all the action. Featuring miles of beach and boardwalk. It's the ideal spot to try surfing, rent a boat or bike to explore the area. Restaurants and shops are nearby by along with Belmont Park Amusement Park which features the historical roller-coaster and arcades along with ocean front dining.

The coffee cart is no longer in business but there are several options within a few blocks. The location is a now a Dive Shop and rents beach gear.

Please note this unit is only suitable for quieter groups as it is located in a neighborhood.

SD property

The stay was just fine, we had everything we needed and enjoyed how close it is to the beach. However, not having a dedicated parking spot was really hard. Parking is near non existent in the area because of all the people. We ended up getting a 130 ticket for parking somewhere we shouldnt have (not labeled well). The property is listed as being in a quiet neighborhood and we were reminded of this at check in. It really wasnt that quiet. The weekend included a lot of partying in nearby bars and the weekdays were pretty loud too. It didnt bother us but just wanted to throw it out there. We really enjoyed our stay. Thankyou

Small but nice. Close to the beach. Local flare. We are out and about most of the time when we are on vacation so just need a place to lay our head at night.

Amazing location! Restaurants, bars, laundromat, small grocery, beach and free parking all less than 2 minutes walk from condo.Communication was proactive on management’s part and prompt in reply. Would stay again!

Great location and clean.

Great location. Cute and clean place. Was pretty noisy on Saturday night because it's so close to a bar, but not enough to keep us awake. Thankful there is parking available in the nearby park. AC stopped working but they responded pretty quickly.

Only negative to this house is there is no parking available or assigned parking spot. Otherwise house is exactly as described did its purpose for our family vacation. Great location.

Tiny Clean Getaway

My daughter and I stayed a few days before she began her studies at SDSU. Steps away from the bay and the beach, it was quite convenient. The property is itty bitty, but quite comfortable with all the home away from home amenities needed to cook, sleep, lounge and relax.

Perfect location

Amazing location! Bay to the left and beach to the right. It is a little noisy late at night because of the proximity to the bars/restaurants on Mission but the neighbors are quiet. House was very clean and they provided sand toys and beach chairs. House has everything you need and the beds are comfortable. The only issue we had was how dark it is inside. During the day it’s good, but by 4 pm it is super dim inside, even with all the lights on.

Beach getaway for 30th bday

Stay was great at an amazing location is amazing. I wish the host did a better job emphasizing how to prepare for parking if you arrive midday. I also recommend adding a pillow topper to the mattress (which was very firm) and some additional lighting throughout the space.

Awesome house, great location

Clean, comfortable, and welcoming. 2 minute walk to the beach, 1 minute walk to the bay, lots of great local eateries and shopping. Management team was super accommodating and easy to deal with. We never wanted leave.

Fantastic Location

This property’s location was awesome - only about 1-2 blocks from the beach and boardwalk but far enough away for things to be pretty quiet. Also very close to many bars/restaurants. The home had everything we needed and the beds were super comfy.

Great Beach getaway

Cottage was perfect for a short beach getaway. Convenient to beach and restaurants and shopping. Didn't have to move the car once we got there! Will definitely return.

Girls' Trip

The place was very clean and the location was great. It was very central to other areas of the city, and the neighborhood had plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The beach was also a very short walk. I would recommend getting some more lights in the apartment and maybe a dehumidifier. It was cold and damp and dark but we didn't spend much time inside other than sleeping.

This was a great quiet location. Quick walk to beach or bay. The neighbors are awesome and it was very peaceful. To get anywhere you need was a quick drive. The owners were quick to respond when we had questions.

Perfect/most vibey little spot

This beach house was the perfect/most vibey little spot for our end of summer family trip! We brought our 9 month old and 2.5 year old and has the BEST time ever! So cozy and accommodating and right in the heart of anything you could want! There’s no shortage of options for breakfast, coffee, dinner, shopping right smack between the ocean and the bay. We felt so at home which says a lot when having two little kiddos away from their routine, beds, etc! I wish I could give this experience more stars because we made lifelong memories and are so grateful.

Great location

We arrived the night of the non-hurricane Hillary. The place was neat and tidy. It’s small but serves our purposes well. Beach and bay time everyday. Walkable to restaurants and bike riding paths are so convenient as well as boat launch and parking was not a problem. We had a few minor issues from the weather but the responses were fast and were resolved asap. Friendly neighbors, good area and BBQ and porch chairs were appreciated. Allowing a dog was really helpful. All in all a great stay. I would return here again as it was one of the few places that we could afford. Bonus: There is a fantastic coffee cart right outside the front door. We were spoiled with delicious coffee and homemade empanadas everyday!
