This apartment may be furnished or unfurnished at the time of your

apartment in one of Manhattan's best neighborhoods. Located on the
second floor of a well-maintained, six-story apartment building in
Hamilton Heights, this 679-square-foot unit features sturdy hardwood
floors, large windows for lots of natural light, and electric heating.
The kitchen features a full-sized refrigerator, gas range, and
microwave. An expansive living room provides ample space for a sofa and
additional furniture, such as a small dining table and multiple chairs.
The sunlit bedroom can support a queen-size bed, nightstands, dresser,
and a personal workspace. Known for its spacious apartment buildings,
iconic brownstones, and multi-family row houses, Hamilton Heights is a
diverse neighborhood located in the Upper Manhattan area. Home to the
City College of New York, Dance Theatre of Harlem, and The Harlem
School of the Arts, Hamilton Heights is a popular place to live among
aspiring actors, artists, college students, entertainers, and working
professionals. Hamilton Heights also contains the historic
sub-neighborhood of Sugar Hill to the east. Named after Alexander
Hamilton, Hamilton Heights is a walkable neighborhood filled with
tree-lined streets, restaurants, and beautiful public parks for you to
enjoy. Check out Riverbank State Park, where you will find numerous
amenities, or venture east into Sugar Hill and explore the beauty of
Jackie Robinson Park. Situated on a quiet street between Henry Hudson
Parkway and Broadway, this 1926 elevator building is an ideal home for
anyone who plans to commute for work or school. From the front door of
the building, it will take you eight minutes to walk to 157th Street
station for the 1 train on the IRT Broadway - Seventh Avenue Line.
Offering rooms that can be furnished upon request, this smoke-free
apartment includes WiFi and street parking. Short and long-term leasing
options are available. Book a tour today before this apartment is gone!
Your safety and comfort are our top priorities! To ensure this, we ask
all our new members to complete a background and credit check, as well
as electronically sign a separate residency agreement. Just a heads up,
you'll need to share your ID and Social Security Number (for those in
the US) with us. We'll shoot over the agreement right after you book,
and we kindly ask you to sign it quickly to guarantee your room. For
your credit, we're looking for scores above 550-650, depending on your
city and we'll need a clean criminal record too (this doesn't apply to
DC). If you meet all the requirements, you will receive the agreement
which you need to sign within 24 hours. This property is tailored for
long-term stays and is not like a traditional short-term rental. For
example, we do not provide towels, linens, or other similar amenities.
Guests are required to bring these items with them. We hope this setup
meets your needs for an extended stay, and we look forward to hosting
you!
