Georgetown, you are located right near Volta Park and the Tudor Place
museum. Upon entering this home, you are presented with a neutral
colored living room that's complete with a chic velvet grey couch, TV
for all your home entertainment needs, and best of all an in-home
washer/dryer. This room transitions into the Kitchen where you will
find granite-style countertops and stainless steel appliances. Across
from the kitchen is the freshly tiled bathroom with a long counter and
vanity mirror. The master bedroom features a queen sized bed, full
length curtains for optimal privacy, and personal desk space. A
two-minute walk from the front door of the building will get you to the
train station at the corner of Wisconsin Avenue Northwest and Q Street
Northwest for the D2 and D6 buses. This apartment is a smoke-free unit
that includes paid WiFi. This apartment may be furnished or unfurnished
at the time of your move-in date.


Your safety and comfort are our top priorities! To ensure this, we ask
all our new members to complete a background and credit check, as well
as electronically sign a separate residency agreement. Just a heads up,
you'll need to share your ID and Social Security Number (for those in
the US) with us. We'll shoot over the agreement right after you book,
and we kindly ask you to sign it quickly to guarantee your room. For
your credit, we're looking for scores above 550-650, depending on your
city and we'll need a clean criminal record too (this doesn't apply to
DC). If you meet all the requirements, you will receive the agreement
which you need to sign within 24 hours. This property is tailored for
long-term stays and is not like a traditional short-term rental. For
example, we do not provide towels, linens, or other similar amenities.
Guests are required to bring these items with them. We hope this setup
