The bedding configuration includes a king bed, 2 queen beds, a twin bed (with a trundle), and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Additional amenities such as free Wi-Fi, AC, washer and dryer, and ample parking ensure a convenient and comfortable stay. The resort also offers hot tubs, steam room, sauna, and a fully equipped fitness center for your enjoyment.

For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

The ice machine on the property at the bottom floor elevator area was great. The fantastic Amore Donut & Breakfast Sandwich Shop across the street was great! Indoor pool, outdoor pool, and steam room. Not the best stay! Nothing to say WOW about. First we had to drive 12 miles up road and out the way to get wristbands…. The dishes & glasses in the cabinets were very dirty. The tv in the living/den didn’t have a remote so the kids could watch tv. The mattress on the master bed slept horrible. The sofa had dirty spots . The only thing we enjoyed was the view and the parking! Never again at this property.

Ocean Reef 701
3 of my siblings and I stayed at Ocean Reef 701. We stayed in a different unit last year and decided on 701 this year. It's a nice condo, could probably use some updates. I emailed the management about a slow drain in the 3rd bathroom and the ice dispenser, and they thanked me for the information, but no work was done while we were there. We could have used more instruction that the front door does not automatically lock when you leave, but a phone call and instructions helped us. This was the 1st time we had to first go to another location to get the parking passes and wristbands, usually they are left in the condo (other places we have stayed). We definitely like the location and the space of the condo for us.

My Stay
We had some issues that the host was already aware of… the screens for the balconies were to small an didn’t fit on the track, not allowing us to leave the glass door open when it rained. The couches were stained, and most of the comforters an sheets were nasty also. We spent the first day washing most of the linens the Host provided for our stay. Other than that my Aunt enjoyed her time with the family for her birthday.

We stayed for a bachelorette trip. First, I felt when booking that the owner was very short with help. I had never booked a VRBO before and didn’t realize which payment way I used the first time. Instead of understanding and the VRBO taking longer to refresh messages, I was told to let her know when I figure it out. I personally felt I should have cancelled then as this was MONTHS before the total was due. I ended up paying everything through customer service. Also, I wasnt aware that this was a no smoking condo. I do not smoke, however I do have friends that do. I think the rules of a HUGE fine for smoking OUTSIDE on the balcony was harsh. We did as we were told, but I will rent from somewhere else.

Disappointed
The kitchen floor/rug was dirty. The sofa's were either dirty or badly stined. The screen to balcony was propped up by a chair. Bedspreads were dirty or stained. One bathroom shower had very little water pressure and the drain was clogged. We found silverfish in the kitchen. The balcony was great and the towel were very plush. Not enough washcloths. The website advertised the building as one of the newest and it definitely was not. We called Zia as soon as we checked in and someone did come and mop the kitchen floor and remove the rug. The price we paid was too expensive for the unit. Would not stay here again.

Great location, exactly as advertised, host is wonderful with great communication and response time. VERY THOROUGH check in email that guides you through everything you need to know plus offers lots of great options for food, entertainment, and more. Lots of amenities on site and only seconds from being on the beach. Staff was very nice and helpful on-site. Easy in/out access with low/medium traffic. 3 very fast elevators with little wait time even when busy. Lots of hand sanitizer stations located throughout the property. Fun little putt putt course across the street called Hidden Lagoon. This property does not allow drinks of any kind or container by or in the pool or hot tub. They are also a smoke free/ e-vapor free facility even on the balconies, we don't smoke so it was no big deal for us but be aware of it. Recommend bringing a cart or wagon for groceries/luggage as property doesn't not have carts. We look forward to visiting again soon.

Condo was great. When we arrived we did not have enough towels but we made contact & service recovery was great as towels were delivered. Only improvement could be that floors could stand a thorough cleaning. If you walked barefoot then your feet were black. Otherwise a great stay & I would stay again.
