Property and staff were great....no problems with check in except for 1 person checking a long line of people in...elevators were horribly slow....plenty of room in the condo for entire family. The condo was NOT CLEAN....it had been wiped down but not throughly cleaned. We washed the sheets after we checked the beds
because the sheets just did not look clean. The baths were not sanitized and we had to clean them again. The condo had carpet which was stained and dirty( why would you have carpet at the beach with sand)? And there was no vaccum to use so we could not vaccum, even before we left. The furniture was old and stained. The dining table and barstools evidently were somewhat new but the legs on the chairs were very wobbly, like it wasn't put together correctly, also 1 lamp in the living room and bedroom, the switch was broken. Outlet cover was missing where the futon was located and the walls had furniture scuff marks all over them. Overall the TRIP was wonderful because I was with my family...it was the cleanliness of the condo that was the issue and I DID NOT call the cleaning company because I wasn't going to waste time waiting for them to arrive..I just did what I could myself. I don't blame the owner... but they need to keep a better on check the cleaning company they use. It would be a beautiful place if it was updated with the carpet ripped up and the walls painted. Walls looked like they had some kind of stains on them and had been wiped down which left huge streaks. The doors were even dirty. I did take pictures.
