Weekend stay for a family members wedding.

Overall the property was good; in a slightly run down area but near Osteria where our nephew got married Saturday evening. The property was old but clean and comfortable inside. It served our needs well.

Very nice short-term place to stay!

Very cute space!! Walkable to some restaurants. Traffic was very noisy though. And the floors left our feet black. Otherwise it was very lovely and we enjoyed the stay.

Cosy apartment but area a bit rough

Great place for a cheap stay close to downtown. Exterior of building a bit rough, the window on the front door was cracked and there was damage to the apartment door. But the traffic noise was fine, and the apartment clean and comfortable for four adults

Fine place with easy downtown access

Stayed here with a friend for a conference. It’s easy walk to convention center (15 minute) through safe neighborhood. Not great if you have mobility issues. Lots of steps and uneven sidewalks. This was good for a budget travel stay. Thin walls. Tv didn’t work but WiFi was solid.

Convenient for walking to most tourist spots

Good apartment for a quick stay in the city. It’s a 20 min walk to the historic district (through China town), 20 walk to Love park area, and a 40 min walk to the Franklin Institute. The apartment is a few blocks off the main streets getting into the industrial part of town, so doing it at night might be questionable. The host is not super responsive to communication, but overall it was a good stay. I appreciated the on site parking so I didn’t have to worry about finding street parking.

Philadelphia Flower Show Weekend

Very nice 2 bedroom apartment, very clean and located conveniently within walking distance of the convention center and other tourist attractions. We stayed on the second floor and had one flight of stairs to walk up, but they were no problem. It was small, but sufficient for our needs. Great communication with the owner. I have wanted to go to the show from before Covid and it met all our expectations!

Great Location

We had a wonderful weekend in Philly. The place was approximately a mile from the Capital Building on Spring Garden. We were able to park our car on Friday and not get back in it until Sunday when we left. Speaking of parking, that was a little more tricky. I would advise being in contact with the owner before you arrive to have this information. Parking is NOT included in rental, but there is available parking nearby. There are great eateries nearby. We would stay here again.

Would not suggest

Parking is not included in the rental and you cannot park on the street out front. They charged us $20 a day to stay there and and told parking was first come first serve. In addition the water in the shower does not get hot. I contacted the host and he told me I was wrong; my daughter and her friend showered in ice cold water.

Check the wifi leave the cannoli

The wifi was nowhere in the apartment so we had to contact the host to get it for the tv and devices. He should print out the info and tape it to the fridge. Other than some problems with the cleaning person afterwards it was a cute place and I would’ve recommend it.

Many disappointments

The on-site free parking magically became $30; there was nothing in the (as advertised) Beekman's containers; the floors were dirty; there was no (as advertised) hairdryer; there was only one hand towel for both of us for the 3-day stay and only one small worn bath towel each; the couch was stained and not the one shown; we had to initiate check in with our host as well as request the Wifi code.
