Hi , I’m Eric and I will be your host. My wife Jessica and I moved to Phoenix 11 years ago from Portland, Oregon. Having a background in the hospitality industry I understand what is expected to make you and your family feel comfortable during your stay.

We started Casa Del Wilshire with the goal of bringing the premium hotel experience to the world of vacation rentals. Our home is tastefully designed, exquisitely maintained, and boasts quality features and amenities to help you relax, unwind and enjoy an unrivaled experience in the Valley of the Sun. Here's what you can expect when you stay in our home:

- 5 STAR RATED HOMES & LOCATIONS our Home is independently owned and managed by Jessica and me, which means my properties are ALWAYS exceptionally maintained; something I value on a personal level.

- CONCIERGE SERVICE Our professional concierge is at your service. We can stock the property with groceries, arrange excursions, transportation, or just provide local tips and suggestions.

- RESPONSIVE ANSWERS TO ALL YOUR QUESTIONS My average response time is under 5 minutes. I also live within 20 minutes from my properties so I can be there to assist you lightning-fast if needed.

The Wilshire house is newly remodeled, fully furnished, and features everything you need to feel all the comforts of your own home. When you’re not shopping or golfing at the world class TPC, you can enjoy some fun in the sun in, and around, the spacious patio and pool area complete with gas grill and yard games. Casa Del Wilshire is minutes from the heart of Old Town Scottsdales entertainment district and a short walk to the Arizona canal.

FAQ:

IS THE POOL HEATED?
- YES! Heating the pool is optional for an added fee and needs to be communicated 1-2 days prior to checkin-in. The pool is heated via electric heat pump up to 85 degrees; heat pumps function using ambient air temperature so when the temp outside drops below 40 degrees it will not likely heat to the full 85 degrees.

EARLY CHECK IN?
- We cannot guarantee an early check-in but, we can try to accommodate. If early check-in is available it is a $25/ hour charge.

POOL FLOATS?
- We do not provide pool floaties, but you are more than welcome to bring your own!

Pets?
- No pets are allowed

STR Rental Agreement must be signed after booking.

28 Day maximum stay without prior approval.
