Our condo is family friendly, sleeps 6. Enjoy the large, 1262 sq ft, open floor plan with 2 bedrooms with King size beds, 2 full bathrooms with showers and bathtubs, an open bunk room with two twin bed. Full size W/D in the unit tucked away in the utility closet, central AC and heat, panoramic gulf views from floor to ceiling windows/balcony entrance doors in the living room and owner suite. Lake view at entrance to ensure you catch the Laketown Wharf nightly light show. Entrance is between two elevator choices (central elevators and north parking deck). Updated furnishing includes living, dining, and owner’s suite items. New decor, all new linens and luxury towels for the season! Owner’s suite includes a large garden tub, separate stand-up shower, and dual vanity. Easy access to second bathroom from second bedroom and bunk room. Condo kitchen includes granite counters and is fully equipped for your whole family, including plates and utensils for the kids!

Condo owner-provided amenities including: safety latch on front door, beach chairs, beach buggy, small ice chest, pack-n-play, bedroom fan. Please be kind to these items so the next guest can enjoy them. If you break something please replace it. If there is a problem, alert the owner, this unit is owner-managed.

You can expect enough hand soap, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, and dishwasher pod to get started. This is not a full-service condo, rather your home away from home. Be sure to bring your favorite items to make it through your trip. Walmart is across the street; Target and Publix are just a short drive away and near many great restaurants and shopping.

Laketown Wharf (LTW) Resort brings all the excitement of Panama City Beach (PCB) to one great boardwalk! PCB’s own fully equipped walking distance resort! Park your car in a covered garage, and you do not have to leave! There is grocery/shopping across the street. A one time resort fee of $120 plus tax is due with each reservation. This additional fee is paid directly to the COA and is in addition to the total fee paid on VRBO. The resort fee provides parking passes and each guest a wrist band.

Even with 7 elevators, due to the resort’s popularity, expect longer than normal wait times during the busiest times of the day and peak season months.

There may be times during your stay when a resort amenity is closed for maintenance, enhancements or for other reasons that are out of our control. No refunds will be given if/when this occurs.
