Willkommen in der Hilton Head Beach Villa # 3! Komplett neu gestrichen, diese Villa wurde mit neuen Geräten, neuen Möbeln sowie einem neuen HVAC-System neu aktualisiert !! Suchen Sie eine Ferienwohnung direkt am Strand? Suchen Sie nicht weiter!!

Dieses Stadthaus mit drei Ebenen befindet sich direkt am Meer am South Forest Beach Drive und bietet drei Schlafzimmer, drei Badezimmer sowie eine Kombination aus Wohnzimmer und Esszimmer sowie eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Geschirrspüler, Waschküche und Carport. Das Wohn-Esszimmer hat eine sehr große Terrasse und Glas-Schiebetüren, die einen Panoramablick auf den Atlantischen Ozean bieten. Es gibt auch ein zweites Wohnzimmer, die Glastüren zu einem wunderschönen Oceanside Terrasse Schiebetüren hat. Die Villa bietet zwar WLAN und fünf Flachbild-TV; eine, wenn jedes der drei Schlafzimmer und ein in den beiden Wohnzimmern.

Dreißig Eigentumswohnungen teilen sich einen großen zentralen Innenhof, Pool und Kinderplanschbecken Bereich, auf den Ozean mündet. The condo (townhouse) was good.

For the most part the bedrooms bathrooms and living area was clean But the kitchen,Refrigerator and freezer is very gross inside. The deli drawer was terrible but underneath was just terrible.The area behind the garbage very nasty . Kitchen table was not wiped along with placements. Food left on them.

Amazing townhouse and location!

We loved our stay here! The townhouse was beautiful and very well stocked. The view was beautiful and the walk to the beach was so easy. The beach in front of us was never overcrowded, we always had plenty of room no matter what time we went out. An added surprise were the two Bucks living in the lush area between us and the dunes. We watched them every morning! We will definitely be back!!

We had an issue with the freezer door not closing all the way, but property management sent someone out right away. Some rooms could have been a little cleaner, but I understand cleaning company is probably short staffed and under time limits. We had light bulbs that were burned out, but we finally discovered extra ones in the laundry room. The main complaint was the toaster in the kitchen was not working, but we found other ways to toast bread. Loved the upstairs deck and the short walk to the beach. Would rent this property again.

Secure villas close to ocean.

The property was clean on arrival. The management company was very prompt in replacing garbage disposal. The kitchen was fully stocked for those that like to cook. Love the easy walk to beach and pool. We would recommend these villas.

Had some wifi issues and there were a few items shown in photos that weren't actually at the rental - patio umbrella and espresso machine. Otherwise, kitchen was stocked well and condo was great for our family of 4. Beach area was large and property was well kept.

Great location and living spaces!

We loved staying in South Forrest Beach last week. Beautiful condo, great setup for 5 adults, loved the common space and the views of the ocean from the upper deck. Great, great location for the beach, restaurants, and other Hilton Head activities. We would definitely stay here again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve stayed at this complex for several years and have always enjoyed the location and pool. We liked the layout of this unit for our family this year. We were disappointed that there is no umbrella on the deck of this unit despite it being pictured in the photos. We were told that the owners opted not to replace it - that photo should be removed. As umbrella is necessary to use the deck during the day in the summer months. Another issue this time was that the unit (particular the kitchen) was not at all clean when we arrived- counters and floor were dirty and we kept finding dishes and cookware in the cabinets that were dirty despite being put back. We arrived relatively late and by the time we realized it was so dirty we ended up cleaning the kitchen ourselves because of Covid risk and we have an infant who is all over the floor all the time. I say this because VTHH did offer to have it cleaned when we complained.

The blinds in the lower living area did not cover the sliding glass door, which would have been nice to know since we were counting on that as a sleeping area. Kitchen was well equipped and the outdoor balcony was perfect to hear the ocean at night. Pool was a little small but spent most of the time at the ocean.

The outdoor space was great and the kitchen was well equipped! It is the perfect short walk to the beach and steps away from the pool. The pool is not as big as expected but was never crowded. The view is pretty. All around a great place for a small family. I wouldn't recommend more than 4 or 5 adults in the space, mainly because the living space where most would gather just isn't super big. We would definitely return!

This property served our multi-generational family vacation well. The split levels and bathrooms allowed grandparents, parents and children to have enough privacy and space. Easy walk to the beach path and super close to Coligny Plaza provided all the conveniences we needed.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beach Villas is by far our favorite complex to stay in. This was our first time in an Oceanfront villa and BV3 was wonderful. We loved the layout and the decor. There was more than enough room for all 8 of us. I personally loved sitting on the deck in the morning enjoying the quiet. This is a lovely complex and we especially enjoy the fact that it’s a smaller complex - much quieter and very relaxing. Hopefully we can book BV3 again next summer.

Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Hilton Head Beach Villas many times over the past couple of decades and have stayed in several different villas. We have stayed in Villa 3 in most recent trips to Hilton Head. We love the property, the villa layout and the property's convenient location to other places of interest on the island. We particularly enjoy the ocean view and large deck of Villa 3 and appreciate the updates that we found this year!Our only issue/concern this visit was a lengthy delay in getting into the villa at check in due to later than expected cleaning needs. While we don't think this was an issue with the cleaning crew at all, we would have appreciated better communication from the rental office staff in keeping us informed and updated about timing of readiness to get in to the villa. Subsequent communications with the rental office were handled in a timely and professional manner.

Sofa bed had urine stained mattress pad & mattress. Maintenance changed pad - apparently owner was not going to pay for new mattress. Actually that’s a bodily fluid ,can you say DHEC would not be pleased. Blinds fell on toddler & owner wanted to blame child Painted garage slick when wet - family member took bad fall & went to ER. NOT THE EXPERIENCE WE ARE ACCUSTOMED TO WITH VACATION TIME. 30 years of good experiences negated by this one week & the front desk clerk’s salty attitude.

2017 vacation experience

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at the Hilton Head Beach Villas many times over the years in various units. We love the property grounds, the layout of the villas and its convenient location to other island areas and activities. We particularly enjoy the oceanfront villa #3, especially because of its large oceanfront deck. Our family spends the majority of our beach vacation on the beach and have always found the beach area in front of this property to be enjoyable, easily accessed and not too crowded. The layout of this villa accommodates our extended family, allowing for privacy for all with the bedrooms and bathrooms.As we have stayed at villa #3 several times, and hope to return in the future, our only comment/recommendation would be to update some items (especially the living room couch)which are beginning to show a little too much "age".
