Dieses schöne Haus verfügt über einen herrlichen Blick auf die Berge Daisy aus dem Resort wie Hinterhof. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend in der Nähe zu allen Annehmlichkeiten der Gegend zu bieten hat. In unmittelbarer Nähe zu Wander- und Radwege, die zu Hause in der Overlook Unterteilung der Anthem Arizona. Mit über 25 Weltklasse-Golf-Resorts in der Nähe oder nur eine kurze 20 Minuten Fahrt von der Wohnung. Dieses Haus ist ideal für Golf-Wochenende weg mit Ehepartner und Freunde. Diese Wüste Gemeinschaft ist nur 30 Minuten nördlich von Sky Harbour Airport auf I 17. Zusätzlich zu diesen Aktivitäten sind Tagesausflüge zum Grand Canyon, Sedona, Cave Creek und Flagstff leicht aus dem Hause erreichbar.

Es gibt vier Schlafzimmer, 2 King und 2 Queen-Betten, 3 Badezimmer, eine voll eingerichtete Küche mit applainces, Waschmaschine und Trockner. Neben der refigerator in der Küche gibt es eine Maytag nebeneinander Kühlschrank / Gefriertruhe in der Garage für zusätzliche Kühllagerung. Das Haus ist mit WiFi ausgestattet, sollten Sie in Kontakt über das Internet halten wollen. Clean and Beautiful
The house looks exactly as pictured. The place was immaculate and very comfortable for our family of 6 with plenty of room to stretch. The location in Anthem was perfect; quiet street and close to food and grocery stores.The only thing negative I can say about this property is that in my opinion the pillows on all beds were not good. All of them were very flat and uncomfortable for us. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting that area.

Fantastic home away from home
My daughter & I were visiting family close by and we found ourselves loving this home. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed for cooking meals and home is close to grocery stores. The beds were very comfortable, pool and patio were such relaxing areas and whole house was exceptionally clean. Would love to stay here again.

We were in Phoenix for a race on the black canyon trail, and this location was PERFECT. Beds were comfortable, outdoor space was beautiful, would stay here again.

We stayed 5 days. Right from the start, everything was fantastic. Getting in was a breeze. The house was super clean and we felt at home. The house had everything anyone would need. Great home with lots of space!
We enjoyed our stay! Definitely recommend this property. It’s location is great, just north of Phoenix. It has a lot of space for a large family. Wish it would have been warmer so we could have used the pool, but the weather didn’t cooperate this time. Perfect location for getting to many of the must see parks and attractions in the area.

We came to AZ for a long weekend vacation and to celebrate my father-in-law's graduation from GCU. This was everything we were looking for and more. A beautiful, spacious place with a lovely pool and hiking trails. We had some wonderful sunrise walks! This place was clean and very comfortable.

Vacation at its best!
Our family thoroughly enjoyed the spacious and clean home! The pool was a wonderful break from the heat and all of the homes amenities were clean and well stocked. It is close to the interstate, shopping, and other conveniences that you might need. We were able to do a day trip to the Grand Canyon, golf in the area, and utilize the hiking trail behind the home. My first experience with a vacation rental was a good one. The home was very nice, with lots of room for seven people to spread out, or gather together for meals. The house is in a nice and quiet neighborhood, but only a couple of miles from shopping and restaurants. The owner is very responsive to questions and concerns.

Pool perfect for July stay in Anthem AZ
Lovely property. The pool was fantastic for our middle of July stay. 4 nice sized bedrooms and plenty of common room space for everyone. We hiked on a nearby trail and completely enjoyed our stay!

Incredible stay
This home is wonderful.! The pictures do not do it justice. We have a home nearby but our entire family was coming and we needed more space. The home is lovely, tons of room, immaculate and the location is terrific. You are only a few steps from a beautiful hike and the community has so much to offer. There is so much to do to make a family vacation perfect. We go horseback riding at McDonald ranch (great for kids and adults also), a terrific park with fishing, great train ride in the park, boating at Lake Pleasant and so much more. Phoenix has lots to offer. There is also an "escape room" right in Anthem that is great, especially if you have some rain. The owner of the home is great to work with and truly wants you to enjoy your stay. We could not have asked for more. Looking forward to renting the same home again!

Beautiful Home in Anthem
We enjoyed staying in this 4 bedroom house in Anthem, AZ for our Fall Break. It was spacious, clean, well-organized, and feels like a home. The pool was clean and in working order. Enjoyed taking a dip after our hike at McDowell Reserve. The location worked well for us since we planned to visit Lake Pleasant. Found some good local restaurants too. We will rent this one again when coming to Anthem. What a great desert retreat!

A wonderful family vacation home - truly a home away from home!
We were fortunate enough to find this property, really use from a random search on the VRBO website. We rented it for the month of April 2018 and when we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised. It was even nicer than the pictures had led us to believe. It was a family vacation for us and our daughter (who is on maternity leave from her teaching job) and our two young grandchildren joined us for most of the month. Our son came for the beginning of the month and was joined by our son-in-law for the last week. It was very suitable for a famiily gathering. We were in the pool at eight o’clock every morning with the little ones - a two and a half year-old and a nine month old. The house is very well equipped and proved ideal for us. The extra fridge was great for pop, water and beer! We walked the neighbourhood to the various parks, Starbucks and Safeway. The Anthemn park proved a favourite destination for our grand-daughter and she loved the splash pad and train ride. We enjoyed the barbecue each evening and only ate out once when the kids were all there. We also found Rosita’s pizza and did two night of takeout. For us, the location was not problematic and we found easy highway access to various golf courses, shopping and scenic sights, such as The Grand Canyon, Sedona, Children’s Museum. When there was a slight problem with the pool, Robert responded to us right away and ensured that things were taken care of. We hope to go back at some time in the future. Thank you Robert and Susan for sharing your Arizona oasis with us! We have memories that will last a lifetime!

The property was wonderful! Three couples, so four bedrooms was more than adequate!
With three bathrooms, so no couple had to share. The layout of the house was perfect, offering privacy when needed. The rooms were great for visiting with each other. The pool was wonderful and we spent many days swimming and in the evenings playing cards on the patio. The house itself is beautiful and we felt right at home with the wonderful accommodations. We would HIGHLY recommend staying here to anyone and would definitely stay here again while visiting Arizona. Because the house is located right off the 17, gettin around was very easy. Beautiful community where we enjoyed the privacy and the quiet. Could not rave about this home enough!

Fantastic!
The house was beautiful, immaculately kept, and well stocked. The pool is gorgeous as well; unfortunately for us, it was too cool to use it. Next time! We took full advantage of almost daily hikes on the numerous trails in the area - twice on the trail just outside the back door. The desert flowers were just starting to bloom; we will have to return later in March to get the full experience. Our day trip to Sedona was beautiful; we hiked in Oak Creek Canyon during the afternoon, and it did not disappoint. We rented ATVs for a 3 hour guided tour of the back country on our last day. That, too, was fantastic, although the tour is not for the rookie driver. Some experience with the machines is appropriate. The minor flaw in this gorgeous rental is it's approximation to restaurants. Driving 15-30 minutes for dinner out wasn't a detriment for us; we found many good places to eat in that distance. We also managed to take in a spring training White Sox/Reds game in Goodyear which was great fun; it was the only time I have sat 2 rows behind the dugout for a professional baseball game! This rental is top grade, especially if you are active outdoors. We would certainly rent it again!

Fantastic Vacation Home
We had a lovely time in Anthem. For the first few days, we had a girls shopping trip and when the girls went home my husband joined me for a mini vacation. (Win/Win for me) The house was large enough for us to have our privacy and still cozy enough when my husband and I were there alone. The location is excellent, easy to find, very quiet and close to the I-17. Just a stones throw away from the Anthem Outlets, where we found amazing deals. The house is beautiful, spacious and absolutely spotless! The pool and deck area is a quiet and private oasis. We did a day trip to the Grand Canyon (a must see) spent an afternoon in Sedona (also a must see) took in a Coyotes game and did a lot of shopping. If you like asian fusion go to PF Chang's on Happy Valley Rd. a few minutes south on the I-17. All I can say is Yumm! (Thanks D.H. for the recommendation). This was our first experience with a VRBO and we enjoyed the house so much. Without sounding cliché , it really was a home away from home. The owners were quick to respond and so accommodating. We will definitely book this house again and have recommended it to friends and family. Thanks for sharing your home with us we really loved our time there and have already been looking at the calendar for 2017.

Luxury in Anthem
My wife and I were looking for a relaxing short break in the sun and I don't think we could have chosen a better house. Immaculate, clean, spacious, comfortable and welcoming are just some of the adjectives we could use to describe the house. It had everything we could need and more and caters for all types of holiday. Dealing with the owners, Robert and Susan, was straightforward and the information pack they provided removed any travel stress and made the whole experience more enjoyable. The house is set in a beautiful neighborhood with plenty of amenities close by. The pool area is secluded, private and quiet and was a particular highlight for us. This house really ticks all the boxes and we would definitely recommend it to any future renters.

We are Canadians and have purchased the home in Anthem to escape some of the colder months. We love the area and use the home mostly in the winter when it is perfect outside activity weather. Our three children each have a bedroom when visiting and the home fits our family lifestyle perfectly. We are a very active family with interests that include hiking, biking, golfing, rock climbing, mountain biking, swimming and jogging. The home and the setting are perfect for these types of activities.

The home had all the features we were looking for in a second home to fit our family in terms of bedrooms and bathrooms as well as the outdoor pool. We love coming to Anthem for Christmas and staying for the holidays through the new year. It breaks up the winter for us in Canada and helps us stay active during a time of year that we normally are developing cabin fever.
