Reviewer Comments: We always enjoy staying at the facility we really liked room 309 but with the rates going up it is a bit too much to spend. We like to keep it between $1500 to $2000 We will look for another room we stay here a lot and explore all the rooms. The air conditioner was having some issues. But over all we look forward to staying here two to three times a year.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was not cleaned at all when we arrived. There was sand everywhere and nothing was wiped down. The hall toilet messed up on the second day, and there was not a plunger for us to fix it ourselves. There is construction going on outside of the condo, but it didn't bother us too bad. My biggest complaint is the lack of parking. I have 3 kids, one being an infant, and there were no open spots after I went to the store one day. I had a truck full of groceries, 3 kids, and had to park in a lot somewhere else and walk. It's very frustrating to pay so much for a rental to not come in to a clean place or have any parking.

The rental was very nice and clean. I really liked the floors being wood instead of carpet. The view was incredible. A/C works great! Plenty of things to do. A few things was the elevator wasn't working the entire time we were there and we were on the third floor so it made it really hard for us (3 children) to get groceries, luggage up and down.

Girls Long Weekend

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the location and view from of the ocean from our balcony.Furniture was very nice and comfy. The master bedroom carpet was a little stained and we did find a cochroach but I imagine that happens at a beach location. The staff was very professional. Our only complaint was that we were not told that they would be cleaning and painting the outside of our building before we made the reservation. We were looking for a quiet restfull place to just sit and view the ocean but although they were past our balcony with the cleaing the noise of them doing the rest of the building was very disturbing. Then they started painting and fumes and the day we left they were doing the front of our unit blocking off the windows etc. We could barely get our luggage to the elevator. We were glad it was our last day as the fumes would have been bad for me to stay in as I have pulmonary problems. If we would have know all this prior to our reservation we would have picked another building to stay in. This was our second stay so we over all love the properties managed by this management company...they just need to advise future renters of circumstances such as this.

We had all 3 of our boys with us and was very comfortable and relaxing. Everything was very clean. Oceanfront view could not be beat! Plenty of room, 2 bathrooms was just fabulous.Vacation Time folks have always been so accommodating and nice. This is about our 6 or 7th year in a row...all at Vacation time...great folk!

After calling maintence, someone came and fixed the ac, but was not able to fix the toilet. That took a few more days. I think that these two items should have been noted when the unit was cleaned after the last guests. Why weren't they addressed then?
