Renoviert und schön dekoriert !! Diese Villa bietet einen fantastischen Blick auf den Ozean. Diese zwei Schlafzimmer, zwei Badezimmer Villa verfügt über ein voller Größe Küche und einen kombinierten Wohn- / Essbereich. Das Schlafzimmer hat ein Doppelbett, das zweite Schlafzimmer zwei Einzelbetten und es gibt ein Queen-Size-Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer. Der Balkon vor dem Wohnzimmer hat eine Seitenansicht auf das Meer auf der rechten Seite. Jede Einheit in Ocean Dunes hat drahtlosen Internet-Service und Zugang zu den "Neu" Pool direkt am Meer und Picknickbereich. Ocean Dunes befindet sich am südlichen Ende der Insel entlang South Forest Beach Drive und eine kurze Strecke von Coligny Plaza und Coligny Beach Park. Das Ocean Dunes Komplex ist ein Anwesen direkt am Meer, das etwa 70 Meter vom Meer entfernt ist. Zusätzlich zu den Pools haben unsere Gäste einen kostenlosen WLAN-Internetzugang und Zugang zum Players Club Fitness Center, das über eine komplette Trainingseinrichtung und einen beheizten Innenpool verfügt. . Great vacation and positive experience!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great vacation! It was our first time in Hilton Head and I was really relying on these reviews to know what to expect so hopefully this will help the next vacationer. The property was in a fantastic location for dining, biking, shopping, and beach access, but down the road far enough that it did not feel congested. Every experience that I had with Vacation Time of Hilton Head staff was pleasant and I felt that they went above and beyond to make the process smooth and seamless. The properties condition was nice. I felt like some of the furniture (couch, coffee table, etc..) will need replaced soon but the appliances were in good condition. The balcony view is very nice as well. It was great having 3 air conditioning units (including one in each bedroom).I would definitely recommend this particular unit (304) to a friend or family member, but am unsure of how any other units in the building are kept.Hope this helps!

Bare bones condo

The place was adequate. I would describe the place as bare bones. We arrived later in the day and the check in process was easy. It was disappointing when we arrived that even though we were on the beach, there were no beach chairs provided, no beach umbrella, no beach towels. We traveled from a far distance, it’s impossible to pack all the things needed. Prior to arriving my messages through VRBO regarding if these items were provided went unanswered. We were provided 2 bath towels per person for the entire week. The unit does not have a washer and dryer and the ones that were down the hall were extremely old and rusting. TV’s never worked throughout our stay. The kitchen had all the necessities. The location was great and very close to the beach.

Wonderful Time

Stayed with the family and had a wonderful time at the condo. Apartment was very clean when we got there and check in was easy. Loved the proximity to entertainment and being right at the beach was priceless!

Nice place to stay

We enjoyed our time in this unit but wouldn't likely come back to this particular condo. The unit was equipped with all the basics but not much else. I know we went there for the pool and beach but was disappointed with very small TV's in both the bedroom and family room. Despite having plenty of space, they only have a full / queen in the master bedroom which seemed quite small for my wife and I. The 2nd bedroom is tiny and has 2 twin beds with barely enough room to walk by. There's very little storage in the kitchen. On the positive side, the unit's pool was heated (Critical for a spring vacation) and the beach was less than 100 yards away.

No "wow!" factor

Reviewer Comments: I don't want to bash the place, it's not terrible, just nothing fantastic, I should have thought it out more before renting that small of a place. It's small,no place to store food or eat as a family, outside patio not swept, outside furniture is uncomfortable. Lots of noise in hallways, Floorplan not great. Beach was fine, kids had fun.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I love the location and have stayed at this complex before. Our condo was not very clean. There were stains on the pillows in the twin bedroom, the balcony was dirty and looked like it had never been swept. The door for the twin bedroom sticks and is very loud to open and shut. The sink in the kitchen seemed to have some issues with the faucet not working properly as well. Overall it was fine but I would probably stay at another unit next time.

The villa was excellent, extremely clean, well equipped and very comfortable! We only dealt with Vacation Time twice and both times they were responsive and easily solved our issue! Great location; Good building; Beautiful beach

Our group of three stayed here for a week in August. Very clean and ready for us when we arrived. Coffeemaker was broken and management company brought a new one right over. Pictures are accurate as to good side view of ocean. Balcony nicely shaded in the afternoon. Door lock was very tricky and took us a few times to get the trick to it. Management is aware. Snuggled in between two great resorts. Made good use of the Marriot coffeeshop. Great value for the location. Definitely would recommend and stay again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Oceans Dunes 304 was a clean condo however very dated. For the money being spent, I expected more from the condo. From the 24” TV in the main living area to the vertical slat blinds, the entire condo needs to remodeled. The microwave stopped working. I had to unplug microwave to feel safe with it.

Great location but pools in pictures not available

Located in a great location, right on the beach. Disappointed that two of the pools shown in the pics were not available to us. The two pools are underneath our balcony. The smaller pool (ocean front) was but it wasn’t locked to others and it was crowded with families with little kids.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very small 2nd bedroom. Two twin beds, one that you just about walk into when entering the room. I would recommend rearranging the furniture in there. Please NOTE they do NOT have any beach towels or beach chairs in this unit:( Wish I would've know so I could've packed our own. As many times as I've rented beach condos/units, there has always been beach supplies either in the unit/home or at the pool. In either event, we checked in on Friday and back out on Saturday due to the terrible weather, which we were told had nothing to do with Hurricane Dorian. We were not able to enjoy the large open beach area, and hope to return to Hilton Head soon.
