Great Family Stay

We loved letting our kids stay on the lower level and having kitchen/living area in the middle and adult bedrooms up top. I recommend this vrbo highly because it's on a great part of the beach and a golfcart ride away (free taxi) to several good restaurants and groceries. The new pool was wonderful. I do not necessarily rec for toddlers bc tri level steps, but loved for our kids ages 13 and 9.

Nice Stay

Enjoyed the property. Updated nicely. Loved the glass panels opening up the light across the back . Not much of an ocean view. Overlooked the pool area which was nice to be able cook dinner while the kiddos swam. 5 of us spaced out nicely. Busy part of the island in June. 2 sliding doors needed repairs. Rented bikes from Wheelz which were great. Biked to breakfast and dinner. Thanks for the time away.

Better than expected

Great home! Perfect amount of space for our family of 5 to spread out and have our own space after a long day of fun. Beach access right from property. We loved walking out there at sunrise and sunset. Superior location for all of our HHI adventures. Pool wasnt heated which was a bummer for the kids. It was too cold in March to swim in a non-heated pool. We did find beach chairs toward the end of our stay in garage storage shed but we almost bought /rented some. Glad we didn’t. I wish beach towels were provided- that would be a nice touch. All in all, highly recommend this property!

Older complex but private, not as crowded and great location!

Short walk to beach with chair and umbrella rentals a plus for us! Wish it was more of an ocean view but enjoyed the shade in the afternoon from the large trees. Property was updated and had nice decor. Wish the cleaning service was a little more attentive, after we got there I was able to re-clean all services in the kitchen and bathrooms to avoid germs from prior guests. Pool was nice and private. Kids loved it. Terry and Stephanie at Vacation Time were friendly and easy to work with and will use again.

I contacted the rental company and they were very responsive. They sent a pest control company and a cleaner within 1 day and never saw anymore bugs. Reviewer Comments: Not impressed, second bedroom shower was not clean and needs updating. We had several big roaches in our unit throughout our stay. The pool area was only cleaned once a day and it need to be swept throughout the day due to the pine needles everywhere.
