The home is fully furnished with satellite TV and high-speed WiFi. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, Keurig coffee machine, toaster, blender, crockpot, and handheld mixer.

Kitchen Supplies: Basic dining, cooking, and serving essentials including plates, bowls, silverware, wine and drinking glasses, cooking utensils, and kitchen accessories (can opener, wine opener, measuring spoons, etc.). We also provide a spice rack, salt, and pepper. Occasionally, you'll find condiments like ketchup, mayo, mustard, as well as foil, cling wrap, parchment paper, and ziplock bags.

House Supplies: Initial supply of trash bags, paper towels, kitchen sponge, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, and laundry detergent.

Nice House with Beautiful View
Nice house with a beautiful view, but pictures of house need to be updated. There is no game room, they added a wall and converted to a bedroom. So that was disappointing. The 5th bedroom was unusable due to no A/C in that room. Also the fridge ice maker and water did not work. Lack of instructions on simple things like WiFi password and check out procedures. But other then those couple negatives the house was very nice and had plenty of amenities. I would stay here again once fridge is fixed and A/C is operable in the new 5th bedroom.

Not clean. House not as advertised.
First of all, when checking in there was a whole train of ants along side the front door to the garage. Then the kitchen trash can still had previous trash inside. The living room couch had a few spiders, but the nastiest of them all was a worm we found. The beds didn’t seem cleaned. A lot of hair on them. The top floor beds had a lot of loose small hair that to us seemed like pubic hair. A ridiculous amount. We were grossed out to even sleep in the beds. They had to sleep on the floor. We rented the house based on the pictures shown. There was no game room whatsoever. And we weren’t told it wasn’t there anymore. We didn’t appreciate that. Also with the fire pit we had bought everything we needed for s’mores. And we also didn’t appreciate the fact you said they’d come fix the fire pit on Sunday, and wasn’t updated until I messaged you. And you didn’t reply til Monday morning. It was just too many negatives to brush off.

The house was very clean, stylish, comfortable and full of amenities to us keep us busy. I really enjoyed peacefully sitting by the lake and firepit. Wonderful experience!

This mini estate is located on a 20 acre Terra Lago lake, in a beautiful gated community, 24hr security, stunning grounds and beautiful landscape all around. There is a great kids park in the community that guests can use and an 18 hole championship golf course that guest can enjoy at additional fee.

With casinos near by, Polo grounds which features horse activities and Coachella and Stagecoach Festivals, Indian Wells Gardens which showcases famous BNP Tournament. All the La Quinta and El Paseo shopping 10-17 minutes away, you sure in the right place to enjoy the desert and all its finest. If you are willing to take a further drive, Palm Springs is only 20 minutes away, with great night life, museum and galleries, lets not forget Modernism Week! If you are in town and love architecture and design, you will definitely be impressed. Lastly, if you love hiking, there is plenty of hikes in the area, let us know if you need a recommendation.
