Welcome to The Park in Panama City Beach! We were doubly inspired when we named our cozy townhouse because we are minutes away from the incredible Publix Sports Park and its year-round events. And, Panama City is home to some historic surfing. Where do the locals surf? “The Park”, out on the gorgeous St. Andrews Park peninsula! We're where you want to be in P.C.!

***THE SPACE***

Welcome to The Park! It's an “any-and-every-way-cation!” We are centrally located right next to the incredible Publix Sports Complex - we can always beat the traffic, 2 right turns and we're there!

We are also minutes away from the water - and all the fun and family adventure of Panama City! The clean and modern feel of our townhouse, with pops of vibrant color and a beachy theme, has been designed to help keep you in vacation mode throughout your stay whether you're here to PLAY, or just play!

The open concept main floor is perfect for sharing a meal at the dining table or breakfast bar. You will find everything you need, whether you're carbo-loading or grabbing a snack, in our fully-stocked, user-friendly kitchen - complete with a suite of stainless steel appliances and coffee bar! Make yourself a cup of coffee any time of day and then head out back to enjoy our view of the community lake's sparkling fountain view!

When you really need downtime, you will love being able to head to our community pool for an energizing morning dip or to wrap up the day. With plenty of lounge chairs, great views and the sound of calming waterfalls, it's easy to relax here.

And, after a big day on the field or at the beach, it's time to hit THE LOCKER ROOM! Our garage rec room is fun for every age and has something for everyone! Enjoy some friendly competition with a game of hoops, checkers, or Pictionary, or challenge yourself with our Pac-Man arcade game! We even have a custom batting cage that can be set up, and cornhole for the driveway or backyard! Your group will definitely make some special memories here.

Then, in the evening there's plenty of room in the living room for everyone to curl up and watch a movie together on the 75" flat-screen HDTV.

You can spread out upstairs as well - with three bedrooms all equipped with 55" flat screen TVs, Bluetooth speakers, and super comfy beds to snuggle into.

THINGS TO NOTE: The backdoor has an alarm mounted on the door casing that can be turned on to alert you if a child goes out the door unsupervised. (Guests who would like to use this alarm need to manually turn it on using the switch located on the alarm).

Your total reservation fee for this home includes a per-booking damage waiver fee, including any applicable taxes. The damage waiver ensures coverage for any accidental damage caused to the home or its contents, including appliances and furnishings, up to a maximum of $1,500. However, to benefit from this coverage, you must report the incident to the host before you check out. Damage due to pets and smoking is excluded. The damage waiver serves as a replacement for the conventional security deposit.
