Our stay

Went with my husband for a few days for his birthday, nice place. A lot of dogs which I loved but too many kids for me.. I wasn’t so happy with checking out so early, but rules are rules. We did find out while down there we could have gone for cheaper and longer but we still had a good time!

Compass Cove

The building from the outside was nice. They are short on parking. The parking garage needs restructured so the handicapped cars aren’t parking in the 15 min parking designed for drop off and packing the car up. The elevators were old and not very clean. The unit itself was good and served our purpose well. I loved being right on the beach and walking out the condo building directly onto the beach. The outdoor pool and hot tub were warm and really nice. In the unit, the bathroom needed a shower curtain liner. They provided plenty of toilet paper and garbage bags which was a plus. The view from the balcony onto the beach was outstanding! Loved having the patio door open listening to the waves!! Best part was there were absolutely no bugs! We would stay there again.

Do not stay here

Room smelled of mold and mildew upon check in. Called immediately and was told someone would come and ozone the room. Nobody ever came. Next day had to reach out again about the horrible smell in the room they didn’t fix. Once again they said someone would come and ozone the room. Nobody came all day. Didn’t actually come to fix the smell till 8pm. The room finally got fixed, but only temporarily. Next morning we woke up and the smell was back. I would not recommend staying here or renting from this rental company. Not professional at all and don’t care about their customers
