Welcome to "Summer Sands", our beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo with amazing views of the gulf from our large, private balcony on the 7th floor. Watch the dolphins play while you enjoy a cup of coffee or a cold beverage. Summer House on Romar Beach is a beautiful condominium complex right on the beach with amenities to make your vacation fun and memorable.
The master bedroom features a King sized bed and private bath with a walk-in, tiled shower. A sliding glass door opens onto the balcony and provides fabulous views of the gulf. The balcony is also accessible from the main living area.
The two guest bedrooms include a King and two Queen beds. There is a flat screen TV in each bedroom.
The living area includes a large Smart TV with DVD player and plenty of comfortable seating. Sliding glass doors open to the large balcony.
The dining room has seating for 6 and the breakfast bar has additional seating for two. There is also an outdoor eating area on the balcony.
The kitchen features wood cabinets and granite counter tops and is fully stocked for the cook in the family. We have a Keurig as well as a traditional drip coffee maker.
Our unit is on the 7th floor and features keyless entry, full sized washer & dryer, an ironing board and iron. The beautiful outdoor pool overlooks the Gulf of Mexico with just a short stroll over the boardwalk to the beach. There is a spacious sun deck, covered poolside gazebo, indoor pool & hot tub, sauna, fitness room, grilling area, and a kids’ playground near the indoor pool. There are also tennis, handball, Pickleball & basketball courts, as well as a putting green, across the street next to the administrative offices and overflow parking. We are conveniently located to local shops, restaurants and grocery stores.
CONSTRUCTION NOTICE:
Summer House on Romar Beach is undergoing major renovation to improve the property for you and your family to enjoy for years to come. Our building, Building B, will be complete by the end of October, 2024. The A Building next door will be under construction through May, 2025.
IMPORTANT NOTE: The outdoor pool and gazebo is closed for construction until May, 2025. The Indoor pool and jacuzzi are open.
IMPORTANT POLICIES:
Renters must be 25 years of age or older.
Absolutely no smoking in the unit or on the balcony. You will be charged an extra cleaning fee if there is any evidence found of smoking.
Pets are not allowed; this is a Summer House association policy.
This is our home away from home. We take pride in the beauty and cleanliness of our unit and these policies are in place to maintain it.
Vehicles parked on property must display a Guest Registration Certificate (GRC), which can be purchased upon arrival from the security booth. Summer House has a two vehicle per unit policy and is strictly enforced by the on site security staff. Please park one vehicle in the main lot and the second in the overflow parking at the administration offices across the street.
A $250 security deposit is required when reservation is made. This is returned to you within 7 days of checkout date, provided there is no damage or theft of property. All rental fees are due 60 days prior to check-in date. If reservation is made within 30 days of check-in date, all fees are due at time of reservation.
THE CANCELLATION POLICY: Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a full refund. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund. No refunds for cancellations within 14 days.
