The space
High speed internet available (1000 mbs), flat screen Roku TVs in each bedroom and living room. This updated house has a full kitchen which is fully equipped with double door refrigerator, full size gas stove, microwave, dish washer, Kuerig coffee maker and toaster . You have everything you need to prepare meals. Four bedrooms and two full baths. Dining area with sitting for six. Very spacious living room with full size leather matching couch, love seat and chair. You will find a full size washer and dryer for your use. Iron and ironing board are also available. Bed linens, bath towels and hand towels are provided. Stocked spice rack, coffee with sugar/creamer, shampoo, conditioner, bath soap included. Enjoy the view of Columbia on the front porch swing.
Guest access
Check in time is 4:00pm. Check in yourself with keypad access at the back door. Code to the door will be provided prior to guest check in.

Please note essentials are provided as a starter kit only. The guest is responsible for additional essentials/food during their stay. Roku TVs are provided with access to log in to your own subscription services( Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, Amazon Prime) please note to log out of your account after your stay.
