Welcome to our Renewed Magnolia Home! Now with a heated* saltwater pool, minigolf, outside games and outside seating with firepit table. Enjoy and relax in this stylish and comfortable retreat. Fully furnished with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, can accommodate up to 8 guests. It has an open living space, a gourmet kitchen fully equipped.

Easy access to Clearwater Beach, Indian Rocks Beach (10 to 15 min.). Central location, friendly and safe neighborhood, with great local restaurants and markets.

The space
This is a beautiful fully renovated home with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It has a great living area with a large flat screen smart TV and plenty of seating spaces, a state of the art kitchen, a charming dining room and a spacious sunroom.

The master bedroom has a king bed (recently renewed) with a very comfortable mattress, walk-in closet, dresser, flat screen smart TV. A full bathroom with walk-in shower and shower products for your comfort.

In the Magnolia home you will find everything that you need for a memorable stay, including new appliances, kitchen utensils, dinnerware, silverware, fresh and clean linens and towels. In the private backyard we have a barbecue grill, ready to cook a great meal to be enjoyed in the sunroom, after a long day at the beach!

Our new backyard now includes a heated* saltwater pool, outside seating area with firepit table, minigolf putting green, outside cornhole game and a beautiful outdoor lighting to enjoy this oasis day and night!

In the garage you will find a washer and dryer with supplies available for your use.

Guest access
You will receive access code to the lockbox two days prior your arrival. The entire house is available for guests. Only two locked cabinets are for housekeeping/owners access only. Free parking is available inside the garage and in the driveway.
Other things to note
• Provide the exact number of guests so we will make sure the house is ready to accommodate your group and will have all the amenities needed.

• Prior to your arrival you will need to fill a pre check-in form (that is a requirement so you can access the property). If you have any questions, feel free to reach out.

• We have a set of House Rules that must be followed by all guests during the entire stay. Failure to comply with these rules can lead to additional charges and a negative review that can affect your reputation with other hosts.

NO PARTIES/EVENTS: Parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited. Our quiet hours are from 10pm to 9am. If an issue occurs that results in damage to the property and/or noise complaints, you will be fined accordingly. Thank you for being respectful to our neighbors.

NO SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed inside the property. That includes vapes, e-cigs and any type of electronic cigarettes. If it is found that smoking occurred, you will be fined and charged for extra cleaning costs.

TAKE CARE OF FURNISHINGS, LINENS AND TOWELS: Any damages will result in a fee to cover the cost of repair or replacement. Please do not re-arrange furniture.

RESPECT CHECK IN & CHECK-OUT TIMES: In order for our home to be cleaned properly for you as well as our future guests, please respect our check-in time of 4:00PM EST and check-out time of 11:00AM EST. A late check-out will result in an additional $150 charge, unless prior arrangements are made with the host.

PET POLICY: There is a non-refundable pet fee (per pet) and may have size and breed restrictions. Verify with us before you confirm your reservation. You are responsible for your pet's actions and damages. If an extra cleaning is needed, you will be charged for the extra amount. If your pet is used to be on the sofa or bed, please provide protections to place on top of them.

POOL HEATER: Pool heater is available, but it is not included in the price of your reservation. To verify the pool heater cost, please send us a message. Pool heater will be set to 85ºF during the whole time of your stay. Pool heater may not reach 85ºF if outside temperature is equal or below 45ºF. This is a normal condition. This will not entitle you for refunds.

• Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $3,000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. Coverage details are fully informed in the Rental Terms and Conditions that you will receive.
