This home boasts a central location in a beloved resort community with four swimming pools, a beach club, and tennis and basketball courts. The closest pool - the Dragonfly - is right around the corner, and the WaterColor Beach Club is about a mile and a half west. You'll also be half a mile up the road from Scenic Highway 30A, lined with cafes, beach access points, and the 18.5-mile Timpoochee Trail. Located just a stone's throw away from the majestic Grayton Beach State Park, this location provides easy access to one of the most stunning beaches in the area. The Point Washington State Forest is less than a mile away, and Seaside is about a mile and a half away. If that isn't enough to satiate your beach yearning, Thomas Pilcher Park and Blue Mountain Beach are less than 10 miles away. Topsail Hill Preserve State Park Gregory E. Moore RV Resort, 30 Avenue, and Camp Helen State Park are less than 15 miles away. For the golf enthusiast, the Windswept Dunes Golf Club is about 20 miles away.

After a day spent riding the four provided bikes along the seashore, come home to unwind in beautiful outdoor spaces. Bask in the breeze of the ceiling fan on the screened porch out front, relax with a good book on the balcony upstairs, or head out back for snacks and cold drinks on the garden patio.

The two-story interior is polished and elegant, with refined furnishings, central air-conditioning, and free WiFi throughout. The main floor is lined with windows, bringing together the living room, the dining room, and the kitchen in one open social space. Prepare meals using stainless steel appliances and sleek countertops in the kitchen, send a few emails after dinner from the convenient office nook, and screen evening movies on the TVs in the living room and the upstairs den.

There are two primary suites. Additional amenities include TVs in all bedrooms and a private laundry room downstairs.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
