HOUSE RULES
1. The house is located in a 'high-risk' wildfire zone. Fires (campfires, cooking fires, fireworks, etc.) are STRICTLY PROHIBITED on the property.
2. Be respectful of our neighbors and obey Gilpin County county-wide quiet hours from 10pm - 8am.
3. NO GLASS in or around the hot tub area - violating this will result in a $1,000 fine.
4. No parties, events, or rearranging of the furniture & artwork.
5. No children are allowed to be unsupervised.
6. Please note, smoking of any kind is forbidden inside the house and will result in a $1,000 fine.
7. Last-minute and unapproved late check-outs result in a $300 late check-out fee or 20% of the total reservation, whichever is greater.
8. You are staying in our home. Be respectful of the space by cleaning up after your stay, placing trash in bags then the bins, used towels in the laundry room, dishes in the dishwasher.
9. Do not leave open food in the refrigerator (except condiments are okay) .
10. All guests must be included on the reservation (no outside guests).
