Unsere geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung hat alles, zwei Schlafzimmer, 2. 5 Bäder, voll ausgestattete Küche, A / C in jedem Zimmer, leicht 6 Personen mit einem Kingsize-Bett in der Master-Suite, zwei große Betten im Gästezimmer und sogar ein großes Schlafsofa. Für Ihren Komfort sind alle Betten mit Serta Memory Foam Matratzen und mehr als 500 Laken ausgestattet. Es gibt einen 42-Zoll-LCD-HDTV- und Blue Ray-DVD-Player in der Master-Suite und einen 50-Zoll-4K-UHD-Fernseher und einen Blue Ray-DVD-Player im Wohnzimmer. Dish Satelliten-und Wireless Internet ist kostenlos für unsere Gäste zur Verfügung gestellt. Es gibt auch eine geräumige Terrasse mit Blick auf die üppigen Gärten und einen schönen Pool mit einer Auswahl an Holzkohle oder Gasgrill, um Ihre Lieblingsspeise zuzubereiten.

Great location well equipped

Great location walking distance to 5th Avenue. Not too close to loud noises so slept well. Chedraui shop close by for shopping. Great range of restaurants to eat. Driving distance to xcaret and xplor theme parks. Walking distance to Mamitas beach. Family friendly pool. Nice jacuzzis in the pool area.

Holidays in Playa del Carmen

We were visiting the week of new year. The apartment was very much like the pictures. The pool área was even better, I really enjoved the warm jacuzzis, in this time of the year evenings are not that warm so it was a good alternative to the pool. Very well located, close to everything yet relatively quiet, you have a supermarket around the corner and some restaurants.

Great property & location!

Our 3-person family trip to PDC was great thanks to this condo, its amenities, and its location. Everything we needed was within walking distance, even for a mobility-challenged senior citizen, but it was far enough away from Quinta Avenida to be a quiet and relaxing stay. Great communication with the owner & the property manager when our incoming flight was delayed nearly 3 hours.

Location was great. We enjoyed eating at the restaurants away from 5th ave, especially Birria de 30. Short walk to everywhere and accommodation was top notch with ice maker and grocery store right there. Wonderful!

Perfect location

We stayed for 10 nights. It was a very nice condo. We had a couple of small issues but it was felt with quickly. The property is located on the edge of the tourist area. Mad it easy to go to the local restaurant and stores while being able to enjoy the tourist are. Most things needed were within walking distance. The beach was only a few blocks away.

Nine days in paradise

The condominium is beautiful, the beds comfortable, the kitchen well-equipped, and the terrace a delightful place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee. We appreciated having a well-stocked water cooler and an ice maker that used filtered water. We enjoyed sitting in lounge chairs around the pool, and the beach at the end of 38th Street was only a 15-minute walk away. The owner of the condo provides plenty of beach towels and a pair of Tommy Bahama beach chairs plus a beach umbrella. The Chedraui grocery store literally around the corner was wonderful! We found many restaurants within walking distance, as well as 5th Avenue which is the main shopping district. Eduardo met us at the condo when we arrived and showed us around, and when we let Tom know about a problem with the air conditioning, he responded promptly. Wonderful and relaxing time :)

The property is in great condition, very clean and well furnished. We enjoyed very much our stay, we were very comfortable and all our needs were met. There was some confusion when we first showed up but the manager came to the rescue and was very helpful and figured things out very quickly. Everything else went smoothly and everyone around were very helpful and kind. The location was perfect and we felt very safe. We loved our time in Playa del Carmen and we can't wait to come back. I will highly recommend this property for your vacation.

Tim was a pleasure to deal with. He had his property manager meet us at the property and go through everything answering all our questions. The condo was perfect for my husband and I and our adult kids. It had all the necessities you needed to be comfortable. Location was great. Everything was within walking distance. The pool area and common areas were great. Lots of owners around who were very nice. I highly recommend this condo.

A Taste of Paradise

Just returned home (and back to snow) from the winter in Playa del Carmen. Our stay at Sabbia was another wonderful way to spend our time. The unit is very nice and fully stocked with everything you need to have a great holiday. The complex itself is save and clean as the workers are always ensuring the grounds are maintained very well. The staff is friendly and it's nice to return back to happy, familiar faces. We love our stay at Sabbia and thank Tom and Rita for proving us with such a nice place to call 'home' during the winter.

Comfortable stay in Playa del Carmen

The condo is very spacious and clean with excellent TV and wifi. The living room ac unit is whisper quiet and will keep you cool all day. The building is very well managed and we had access to the pool, jacuzzi and gym the whole time we were there. The gym has a good multigym machine as well as a bench and dumbells up to 70lbs. We didn't use the treadmills as we did so much walking. The walk to Mega Soriana is under 10 minutes in the shade down 20th ave. The walk to 5th Avenue shops and restaurants is about the same. We felt safe and secure the whole time and all the residents at Sabbia were very friendly. Recommend highly.

Perfect Oasis!

Our stay at the Sabbia Condo was absolutely perfect! The condo is clean & comfortable with a great modern feel. The kitchen has everything you're looking for, the living room is perfect for lounging around, and the beds are so comfortable they make it hard to get out! The grounds were well kept & secure. The pool was an oasis! We lounged at the pool for hours almost every day. It was a real escape from every day life. At night it was an easy short walk to 5th Avenue where there was all the shopping, dining, & tourist attractions you could hope for. There are lots of great local restaurants even closer, including a great local restaurant right accross the street from Sabbia with a bar and pool to lounge in if you're looking for a change of scenery. The beach is literally just a few blocks away. This condo had everything we could have asked for & we would definitely go back!

Modern Condo In A Great Location

The condominium is located in a clean and secure neighborhood in a great location. The beach and 5th Avenue are easily within walking distance. The attendants at the front desk were friendly, informative, and spoke English typically at a conversational level. The apartment is very clean, modern, and well appointed. The beds were very comfortable. Everything needed for our stay was available. Two of the 3 air conditioning units worked well for our entire stay. The 2nd bedroom unit stopped working at the very end of our stay, but the unit in the living area had enough capacity to help cool both rooms. A number of restaurants were nearby. Chiltepin was good and very close. Our favorite restaurant, Nativo, was just a few blocks away. We would have given a 5 star rating, but the Wi-Fi in the apartment did not work during our entire stay. Although inconvenient, we were able to use the Wi-Fi in the business office and an adjacent apartment provide a weak signal that worked some of the time.

Great Property but do your research on beach conditions

We had a lovely stay at Sabbia and Tom and Rita were most accommodating to our needs. Their condo is very comfortable and clean and the pool area and game room were nice features. My problem was definitely not with the accommodations! My suggestion is to do your research on the beach conditions in the Playa del Carmen and Cancun areas before you go. The sargassum (seaweed) was so thick in some areas that it basically made the beach areas unusable. We spent a bit of time driving from beach to beach trying to find a good area to be! Many of the beautiful blue waters and white sandy beach pictures that you see online were unfortunately just not part of our experience! I think that the cities/government need to invest in beach clean up efforts to make Mexico a desirable vacation destination again. As travelers we have many tropical destination options--unfortunately we will think twice (and do our research!) before booking Playa del Carmen again.

Just Right!

The Jackson's condo is great! It is conveniently close to 5th ave and the day and nightlife, but just far enough to be away from the noise and constant activity. We never felt un-safe while walking in the area. Eduardo, property manager and super nice guy, met us at the condo when we first arrived and gave good overview of condo features (AC, water cooler, TV/DVD, washer/dryer, wifi, safe). He also quickly answered questions I emailed throughout the week. The furnishings, beds, and kitchen are very nice. The washer and dryer were a big plus - allowed us to travel much lighter! The Sabbia staff are super friendly, especially Alex at the front desk. He was very helpful regarding local activities and gave good insight about the many tours and excursions available. (Be prepared for MANY vendors on 5th wanting to provide activities!) MEGA supermarket is an easy walk (.5 miles) and Tom/Rita have provided reusable shopping bags which are a necessity. The number of restaurants within walking distance is ridiculous and everything we sampled was excellent! I recommend the grilled octopus at Chiltepin, right across the street from the condo. The beach is beautiful! Access is just a couple blocks beyond 5th ave. Tom and Rita just recently added a couple nice backpack style beach chairs to the condo inventory - they worked great for us! Since we were in PDC over Christmas and New Year, the beach was quite busy, but we always found a spot. When wanting to avoid the sand, the Sabbia pool area is a relaxing alternative. Overall, we had a wonderful trip to Playa del Carmen! Tom was a pleasure and obviously wanted to make sure our trip went smoothly. He provided good suggestions from restaurants to car rental to ATM access. I wouldn't hesitate to repeat this trip! Thank you!!

Another great stay!!

We just finished another great stay at Tom and Rita’s condo and we love it more every time we come. The condo is always very clean and fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. The location is super safe and the perfect distance from the 5th Ave crowds. A short 5 minute walk has you right in the middle of great restaurants, shopping and the beach but the condo is always so quiet and peaceful at night. We can’t wait to come back!!

Great location and fantastic building staff

Really nice apartment. You can see that the owners take pride in keeping this place in very good shape. The booking, check in and check out was very smooth. The kitchen is very well stocked. I would add a tea kettle or an electric one. The building is closed to everything and you won’t find better staff in Playa that the one at Sabbia Condos. They will help you with anything that you may need. This is my second stay at this building and I am looking forward to come back.

An absolutely awesome condo

My husband and I just recently stayed at this condo. We had the privilege of meeting the owners, Tom and Rita, and they are a very delightful couple and we were so impressed with them. Their condo is very tastefully decorated and a very comfortable condo to stay in and entertain. Their washer/dryer are absolutely awesome - the best. Everything about this condo is top notch. We have stayed at other condos in the area but this one tops all of them. The security at this building is great so you feel absolutely safe and the front desk staff is very helpful and friendly. 5th avenue is just around the corner and the condo is located close to any kind of activity you want to do. I would definitely recommend this condo and we want to stay there again in the future.

Rita and I are retired and live in a small town close to Austin, Texas. We adore each other and have been married over 50 years. We have two great son's and are a very close family. Our son's also live and work in the Austin area, which makes it easy to keep in close touch. We are very laid back and love to travel and enjoy exploring all of God's beautiful creations. We also love to play golf together and try to hit the course two to three times a week. We absolutely love playing golf at the Hard Rock Golf Course located in Playacar, just a short taxi ride away.

Sabbia has 24 hour security and one of the most beautiful pools in all of Playa. The staff is first rate and always friendly, going out of their way to help you in any way they can.
