Unsere neu gestrichene Luxus-Eigentumswohnung in Royal Beach verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder und befindet sich am wunderschönen Strand von Wildwood Crest. Eine kurze Fahrt mit dem Aufzug bringt Sie nur 1 Ebene hinunter zum beheizten Pool am Meer und zur Cabana. Sie sind buchstäblich nur wenige Schritte vom KOSTENLOSEN, geräumigen, sauberen und gut geschützten Strand von Wildwood Crest entfernt. Die weltberühmte Strandpromenade befindet sich drei Kilometer nördlich und das fabelhafte historische Cape May nur zehn Kilometer südlich. Sie sind nur wenige Minuten von allem entfernt. Für mehr Unterhaltung ist Atlantic City 45 Meilen nördlich. In Wildwoods und Cape May gibt es viele hervorragende Restaurants mit einer großen Auswahl an hervorragenden Gerichten. Von Hummer über Steaks bis hin zu Hamburgern und Pizzen ist für jeden etwas dabei.

Unsere Endeinheit Wohnung ist geräumig und hell mit einem offenen Grundriss, der bequem 6 bis 8 Personen. Unsere voll ausgestattete Gourmetküche mit Küchenarbeitsplatten aus Granit und Küchengeräten aus Edelstahl verfügt über einen "Thekenhochtisch" mit Platz für 8 Personen. Das Wohn- / Familienzimmer verfügt über einen 42-Zoll-Plasma-Flachbildfernseher mit DVD-Player und Stereoanlage, Schlafsofa und Liebessitz. Der Schreibtisch und der Stuhl sind so angeordnet, dass Sie bequem Ihren Computer einrichten und eine Verbindung zum KOSTENLOSEN kabellosen Highspeed-Internetzugang herstellen können. Oder bringen Sie Ihren Laptop auf den Balkon und genießen Sie die Aussicht morgens, mittags und abends.

Die Master Bedroom Suite verfügt über ein luxuriöses Queensize-Bett mit Pillowtop-Matratze, Kommode, Beistelltischen, einem 32-Zoll-LCD-Flachbildfernseher zur Wandmontage und einem eigenen Bad mit 5 Duschköpfen. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat ein Queen-Size-Bett, Kommode und Beistelltisch und Wand-TV. Das dritte Schlafzimmer hat zwei Einzelbetten, eine Kommode und einen Beistelltisch und ist mit einem 19-Zoll-LCD-Fernseher mit eingebautem DVD-Player und leicht zu erreichenden Anschlüssen für Spiele ausgestattet. Das riesige Hauptbad ist komplett gefliest und bietet viel Platz für nasse Badeanzüge und Handtücher. Die Waschküche verfügt über eine große Waschmaschine und Trockner.

Unser Balkon hat einen Tisch und 4 Stühle mit Zugang durch das Familien- / Wohnzimmer und das Hauptschlafzimmer. In unserer Aufbewahrungseinheit finden Sie Liegestühle, Sonnenschirme und Strandspielzeug mit einem Wagen, mit dem Sie alles direkt ans Wasser tragen können. 2 KOSTENLOSE überdachte Parkplätze und vor allem Zugang zu einem atemberaubenden Strand, der immer KOSTENLOS ist.

Wonderful week with Family

We had a fun filled week with the whole family. The condo had great amenities and the owners Kim and Doug were very responsive and helpful. The location couldn’t have been better- just a short block to the beach and to the beautiful bayside, coffee/breakfast spots and even a playground/splash pad for the kids. We are very happy with our stay and would recommend to all.

Another great vacation in Wildwood, NJ

This is our second year staying at this condo. With close proximity to the ocean, we find that it is an ideal place for our grandchildren. The condo has plenty of room for people to have their own space. The kitchen is very well equipped. It is great to have a washer and dryer in the unit too. Well maintained unit and responsive owners

We found the condo at Royal Beach to be comfortable and relaxing. The short walk to the beach was always enjoyable. People at the beach were very friendly and the beach itself was very clean and a joy to experience. We found all the amenities to be available and working. This is a great place to bring your family. It’s very clean, nicely decorated, and well equipped.

The owners have a great place with many amenities. It’s close to the beach and loved sitting on the balcony looking at the ocean drinking my morning coffee. The location is great and close to many restaurants and other activities. The condo is very well equipped with everything you need. The owners care that you enjoy your stay. Very clean and excellent location

Nicely furnished condo on the first floor. There's an elevator to easily move groceries and luggage from the ground floor. The pool is nice and right off the beach. There was some construction going on replacing doors, windows and siding on the beach facing units. It didn't affect our unit and the work easily went unnoticed. There's a great beach side cafe on the next block called "Sun Dog". They have exceptionally good food and the service is friendly and inviting.

Great family outing location.

Great Beach Vacation

Fantastic Week In Wildwood

Beautiful condo with excellent amenities! Felt more like a home at the beach rather than a rental unit. We loved that the pool was just steps from the sand. Beach Bums

Our family loved this property. The condo is more beautiful than the pictures portray and in a really great location. The kitchen is well-stocked for those of us who love to cook on vacation after we return from a day at the beach and the pool, which are all within steps away. The owners are extremely thoughtful. In the Master bedroom, there were a bunch of current books. It was so great not to have to lug beach chairs and linens with on the trip.

Wonderful Vacation!

Thank you to Janet and Jim for allowing us to rent their brand new and extremely well appointed condo. There was absolutely no disappointment. The beds and linens were so comfortable, it was hard to get up and out in the morning! It was such a pleasure to go right downstairs to the pool and beach footsteps away from each other. The pool, cabana, grounds and parking garage were nicely maintained! It was so nice not to have to travel with beach chairs, umbrella, bikes and beach toys as they were provided for us in their storage unit. It was quiet but still so close to everything whether you wanted to walk, bike, drive or trolley. Thanks again Janet and Jim......you'll be hearing from us to book our next vacation with you!

Royal Beach oceanfront vacation getaway

Our family stayed at this condo this summer and had an absolutely wonderful vacation. The unit looks brand new, is elegantly furnished, has a spacious layout and comes with all the amenities you could ask for. It is a short trip down to the pool and then out the gate right onto the beach. An added plus is the supply of beach goodies in a private storage unit. Our kids enjoyed having two bikes available to ride around Wildwood and beach carts and beach chairs eliminates the need to bring your own. The location is also convenient to walk, bike, or take the trolley to the Boardwalk. Janet and Jim are also extremely pleasant to deal with, respond quickly to questions, and generally go out of their way to make your vacation enjoyable. Highly recommended.

Our Royal Beach condo on the beach in Wildwood Crest is incredible. We especially enjoy having breakfast on the balcony. The ocean and beach view is simply amazing. You can hear the soothing sounds of the ocean especially in the evening when all is quiet.

We have always heard that the three most important things are: 'location, location, location' and now we know why. This location in Wildwood Crest is quiet and yet only a few minutes from the Wildwood Boardwalk and Historic Cape May. There are so many excellent restaurants nearby to enjoy as well. Being so close to the beach is truly wonderful. Our children love it here as much as we do. There is something for everyone.
