Luxury 3 Bedroom Condo in Pedregal

This condo offers three bedrooms and 3 full baths with a gourmet kitchen that has GRANITE COUNTER TOPS, stainless steel appliances, refrigerator , gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, washing machine and clothes dryer. The extra large master bedroom has its own private balcony with fitness area.

Located in the sought after address of the, "Pedregal" within Cabo San Lucas and known as “The BEVERLY HILLS OF CABO SAN LUCAS.” it is located a short few blocks away from restaurants , shops and nightlife. The Pedregal community is a high end, exclusive neighborhood with 24-hour security, which includes a guard at the gated entrance plus 24 hour security patrol for added well-being. Tennis & Pickle ball courts are provided by the Pedregal community as well as private access to Pedregal’s exclusive Sunset Beach.

This condo is recently remodeled with custom designed furniture and enjoys elevated views of the Cabo San Lucas marina from the living room and master bedroom. The complex also has an infinity edge pool which has the same amazing views.

The living area has a large screen TV that includes Pix satellite service with complete viewing packages and adjoins a large balcony with outdoor dining table. 2 of the 3 bedroom’s also have large screen TV’s. Fiber-optic, high-speed internet is throughout the unit. Luxery shampoo and conditioner, hairdryers and all necessary items are in each bathroom. A private , covered parking space adjoins the unit and Housekeeping Services are also included every other day.

Optional transportation , concierge and breakfast services are also available upon request.

The Holiday weeks of Christmas and New Years Eve each have 5 day minimum stays. For clarification please ask before performing an "instant booking" or you may be required to cancel.

There is a 3 night minimum stay and a we take a maximum of 3 couples or 4 single men or 4 single women groups in this property. Please clarify the make up of your group in advance.. Excessive noise and unruly behavior will not be tolerated.

Please note we require a 4 night minimum stay on Christmas and also for New Years Eve.

Huge condo w/ amazing view

This condo feels like a villa! It was huge and had a wonderful view of the city. It is within walking distance of several restaurants and just up the street from the Saturday farmers market. The condo was spotless and is well equipped if you choose to make meals there. I would definitely stay here again.

Christmas 2024 to New Years 2025

Property as pictured and described. You can hear the neighbors above and below, but for the most part everybody was on the same vacation schedule and easy to get along with. A simple instruction book for the home/property would be a helpful addition (BBQ; Appliances; TV; AC; local favorites; etc…). Overall, we enjoyed the amazing views of the sunrise over the bay and enjoyed the pool and home amenities. Great place for our family of 5 to relax; connect; and enjoy the holidays within walking distance to all that Cabo has to offer.

A fantastic location easy access to the marina and golf courses

We were mainly a group of golfers who wanted golf in the mornings and good vibe in the evening which we got the weather was a bit if hit and miss but dry .

Quick Family Get Away

Short vacation, wanted to see the marina area and do a lot of activities. We played tennis, whale watching and a lot of walking around. The property is exactly as described, beautiful area, great amenities, owners are wonderful communicators and the property is kept nice. We travel quite a bit and this is definitely one of the nicer properties we have stayed at.

Great stay!

Everything about the property was as advertised, if not better. Each of the bedrooms have a unique luxurious feel, made it difficult to leave. The view is fantastic, and the deck was a wonderful place to hangout or get in some exercise (there was a deck gym setup!). The host team are pros, prompt, courteous and very accommodating. This was a great homebase to visit Cabo.

Wonderful 3 bedroom condo in Pedregal

Enjoyed our stay with a beautiful view of Cabo. Our host was very gracious and accommodating to all our needs. The three-bedroom unit accommodated our needs beyond our expectations. We used the in-unit health equipment and the grill to cook a nice New Year’s Eve dinner. The view of the fireworks up and down the coast was awesome, and we avoided the crowds of the evening. We walked to the marina almost every day to enjoy all its offerings. Bring good walking shoes as Cabo has some hills to deal with. From whale watching to good food and an array of great music, this was a great trip for us.

Great Location

Our group of 5 was very comfortable at this Pedregal condo. Lots of space for everyone (and each bedroom had its own bathroom). Having a housekeeper come in daily was a treat. Wish we had more downtime at the condo to enjoy but spent most of our time exploring. Close enough to everything that you could walk, though we had a car at our disposal that made it easier coming home (and not having to walk uphill). Make sure if you are driving that you are aware of how to get there. Some streets are one way and not easy to notice signs. Access to the Pedregal beach is included and is one of the nicest beaches we have ever been to. An adventure driving there though! Would be nice if there was an umbrella, cooler or beach chairs to use.

Great Communication Throughout/ Clean Stay

I had an amazing time at this property, my friends and I LOVED it and would stay again! Located on a gated community, very safe. Spacious and clean condo, Betsy comes and cleans the condo and does an AMAZING job! Sigfrido and Leonel work for the host and let me tell you, they are the best. They are great at communicating/accommodating, anything you need they are there. Location is perfect, easy 15-20 min walk down to the main street. I would clarify and say maybe an easy walk for younger people. It is steep going back up but doable. Ubers are super affordable so don't worry about the walk if you can't. 10/10 recommend!

Family Spring Break

We have traveled extensively but had never been to Cabo. At this price point, this is the best managed property we have stayed in. Communication was excellent, daily housekeeping was much appreciated, and our many questions answered promptly. Other Pros; beautiful, well equipped space. Exactly as pictured. We cooked dinner at home many nights and found everything we needed. There are two large balconies, each with potted flowers. Dining for six both indoors and out. City, mountain and ocean views. Additionally there is private beach and pickleball club access. If you are unfamiliar with the area, this is not some cordoned-off space within a public beach. This is a beautiful, large beach, bookmarked by natural rock formations and bordered by multimillion dollar homes. We visited during spring break week and counted no more than 14 total people on this beach at any given time. Cons: we had noisy neighbors, which from what I could tell was unusual for this building even during spring break. HOWEVER, once we contacted the property management team the problem was immediately resolved. We regret not doing this from the outset. I only share this as an encouragement to anyone considering this listing - Sigi will absolutely make sure you have a great stay, even if there is a problem that is not directly under his control. In summary, we came home and within 24 hours were looking at all the properties owned and managed by this team. Will definitely return.
