This is a cozy 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house. Sleeps 6 people. Super comfortable for family vacations or a get together with friends. Private area for seating in back yard. Close to a lot of diverse eateries. Location is in a quiet area, near the University of South Alabama. Comfortable beds, soft linens, and all the essentials needed. This is the place to be no doubt.

Place was older, clean. Seems the electrical needs to be updated some outlets would not hold the phone charger in the bedroom. Place was near the venue which was great.

Review

House was a little dated, but worked for our visit. Found several spiderwebs in the corners of the ceilings and floors, and half way cleaned pots in the cabinets. A little scary, because the front door knob is not an exact fit. Every night, there were neighbors outside, in the street, making A LOT of noise (which is not the renters fault)! Master bedroom’s bedding was stained, in which I changed to my own, after spraying the bed down.

BEWARE VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!

Anthony overall was a nice host. However, when I'm spending my hard earned money paying $559 for 3 nights, I want more than a nice host. His house needs a lot of work!! The pictures he shows of the beautiful bedroom sets are nice. The tile floors are not finished and it doesn't appear the grout has ever been clean. The toilets are very small, that's why you don't see full pictures of the bathroom. The towel rack is inside the shower, crazy. We purchased flip flops from the local Dollar Tree, that's how dirty the grout is. I wouldn't go in that backyard with your shoes on!! The vents especially in the entry is caked with dirt. Yes he fill the fridge with drinks for our enjoyment, but this definitely is not a $559 for a 3 night rental. He has WiFi, but NO basic cable. This was our first stay at a Airbnb, I think I'll stick with hotels. I can't say how he got all those good reviews, which is what I was looking at. Electrical outlets are old and outdated, chargers have to wiggled to stay. I took many pictures of exactly what I'm saying. I wish I could download these photo's. DO BETTER.

Best host

House was nice and the location was good for what we needed. I read all the reviews before booking and noticed the owner was mentioned a lot. First night we were there the ac didn’t work. I called around 8pm. He answered immediately and within 30 minutes was onsite with an ac guy. They fixed the problem and he apologized profusely for a problem that was out of his control. Stuff happens. Short story long one of the nicest people you’ll ever meet!

Decent Stay

This was a pretty decent property. The property manager had me a big birthday basket full of candy, wine, & snacks ready inside the house. Check in was easy. I was even offered a free night’s stay if I wanted it, but I had to get back to work. The only complaints I had was that 1) the guest rooms were hot if we didn’t leave doors open, 2) the house seemed to be in a renovation phase, & 3) there was nothing to do in Mobile to my liking. Other than that, the house & trip was decent for Mobile.

Great little get away

Very welcoming property and host. This house was perfect for our family of 6, Plenty of room, very clean and the beds were wonderful! Host were quick to answer any question we had. Definitely would rent again.
