Hughes Retreat Condominiums - Einheit # 303. HAUSTIERFREUNDLICH, W-LAN, Waschmaschine / Trockner / Wir vermieten monatlich, jedoch nur vom 9. September bis 11. Mai in der Nebensaison. Dies ist eine Wohnung im 3. Stock in Kill Devil Hills gegenüber dem Strand. Der Zugang zum öffentlichen Strand ist ca. 1 Block südlich von Hughes (mit Parkplatz). Schöne Aussicht auf das Meer vom Deck aus, während Sie in unseren Schaukelstühlen in der kühlen Brise entspannen. Das Interieur ist in Strandthemen und Pastelltönen gehalten und bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten, die Sie in der voll ausgestatteten Küche benötigen. Bringen Sie Ihre eigenen Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Die $ 200 "Property Fee" ist eigentlich eine Kaution und wird nach Ihrem Aufenthalt erstattet, solange keine Schäden an der Wohnung vorhanden sind. Dies schließt normalen Verschleiß nicht ein. Der Eigentümer wird die Daten später senden.
Zwei Schlafzimmer haben jeweils ein Kingsize-Bett und das dritte Schlafzimmer hat ein Pyramidenbett (für zwei Personen unten und eines oben sowie ein Ausziehbett, das von unten herausgezogen werden kann). Wenn das Pyramidenbett nichts für Sie ist, ziehen Sie das Queensize-Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer heraus und machen Sie es sich bequemer. Jedes Schlafzimmer verfügt über einen eigenen Kabel-TV und einen 40-Zoll-HD-Fernseher im Wohnzimmer sowie eine Blu-Ray-DVD mit WLAN. Es gibt einen Aufzug, mit dem Sie bequem in die 3. Etage gelangen. Pool (20x30 ') zur Verfügung und 2 überdachte Parkplätze.

Haustiere erlaubt: Wir begrüßen Haustiere !! Tatsächlich haben wir einen Golden Retriever! Es gibt eine nicht erstattungsfähige Gebühr für Haustiere in Höhe von 100 USD, die den Mietern berechnet wird. Es gibt ruhige Straßen in der Nähe, um Ihre Haustiere zu Fuß. Bitte seien Sie rücksichtsvoll und räumen Sie nach Ihrem Haustier auf. Haustiere sind an den Stränden ohne Leine nicht gestattet.

Der Einfachheit halber ist hier das Stadtgesetz von Kill Devil Hills für Haustiere abgedruckt:
Zwischen dem 15. Mai und dem 15. September eines jeden Jahres ist der Zutritt von Hunden zum öffentlichen Strand zwischen 9.00 Uhr und 18.00 Uhr verboten. m. und 6:00 p. m. es sei denn, sie werden zur Unterstützung einer behinderten Person eingesetzt. Zu allen anderen Zeiten dürfen Hunde nur an der Leine und unter der Kontrolle des Eigentümers oder des Hundeführers an den öffentlichen Stränden gehalten werden. Bitte räumen Sie nach Ihrem Haustier auf.

Property was clean, close to beach access and restaurants /shops were easily accessible even within walking distance. We really like it also because we were able to bring our little Westie with us although he did missed not seeing any squirrels to chase.

Place was clean and the owner was great

The condo was spacious and had a lot to offer. Pretty close to the beach and we were happy we could take our puppy. The condo owner was easy to work with and communicated very well.

Family Labor Day Getaway

We really enjoyed the condo. It was clean and comfortable with all the amenities that you would need. The pool was really nice to have since the surf was high for the first couple of days we were there. We would absolutely stay here again on future visits.

Loved it!

The property was very clean and smelled great when we arrived. They have provided every appliance you could need and even have games and puzzles. They also have wagons and beach toys available to use at the beach. Walking distance to the beach and very close to fishing piers, grocery stores, and restaurants. We will definitely be staying again in the future!!

Perfect condo for a single family

The condo was exactly as described and met all of our needs. The owners were a pleasure to deal with and were very responsive throughout the booking process. The property was very clean and it was a very short / easy walk to the beach. Added bonus was the number of good restaurants within walking distance of the condo. Overall I thought the property was an excellent value and would definitely stay again.

Fabulous condo! Super clean & very convenient

We loved our stay here. We were in town for our daughter's wedding and needed a place that would allow us to bring our dog. I'm so happy we found this place. So convenient to a couple fantastic local restaurants and roomy enough to have a few family members over to eat when we weren't busy with wedding things. Excellent accommodations for our dogs. Everything we could possibly need in the kitchen. Just fabulous. I hope we are able to stay there again and again! Thanks Linda!

Wonderful vacation

This condo was decorated very nice, very beachy. Leather chairs with ottomans so comfortable. Balcony very nice with distant ocean view. TV's in every room. Very well equipped kitchen. Very nice and spotless. No odor of previous pets. Our dog, Chance, was so relaxed. We all loved it!

Dog friendly, very clean, and close to everything!

My family enjoyed our stay at Linda’s condo. She is a very responsive owner and we got lucky with being able to check in at 2pm (instead of 4pm) because the cleaners had finished earlier. The property was very clean and convenient to nearby attractions including the beach, restaurants, wright brothers monument, and jockey ridge. Bodie lighthouse was about a 20 minute drive and my kids loved the H2OBX water park located about 30 minutes away. The pool was refreshing after a day at the beach and never crowded. Beds were comfy and two of the rooms had king beds. Condo conveniently had 6 beach chairs and two beach carts, plus camp chairs. One suggestion would be to include an umbrella for future guests. We stayed during July 4th week so we got to see both Kill Devil Hills and Nags Head fireworks because the beach near the condo is located between both piers.

Perfect Little Spot

This little slice of beach worked wonderfully for us. We have twin 14 month olds and this worked well for us being able to keep everything childproof. They had EVERYTHING we needed and the owner was super fast in responses. Pool was a small quiet area, we were the only ones there and it was nice. The beach is a short walk which makes it hard when taking little ones but overall wasn’t too bad. This will not be our last stay here.

CLEAN!!!

Finally, a CLEAN place that allows dogs. My husband and I always say, "Just because someone owns a dog, does not mean they are dirty people." When we first walked inside the condo, you would never know that this place allows dogs. Everything is also available (coffee maker, toaster, pots, pans, cutting board, etc) We are looking forward to staying here again!

Great getaway for just the two of us and fur doggie 🐾

Condo was amazing plus pet friendly along with an elevator. Everything was In walking distance for us. We just needed some down time with no alarm clocks and cooking (but if you wanted to cook the kitchen is fully equipped!! ) Only thing we did was brew some coffee ☕️. Short walking distance to the beach and places to eat. The Kill Devil Grill, American Pie Drive & Creamy and Swells’a Brewing highly recommend. Short few miles drive to Tortugas Lie restaurant right down the street. Condo is a very spacious for a family highly recommend. We just needed time to our self and like accommodations of a home feel verses a hotel. Condo very clean and the owner is great to work with.

They thought of everything

Great property! The owners really made sure their renters had everything they might need. We were super thankful for the luggage cart the owners provided so we had an easier time getting our things upstairs. The entire condo is very clean and quiet. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, utensils, pots, and pans and appliances. There is a downstairs storage closet with lots of chairs, umbrella, boards etc… and includes a cart to lug it all to the beach. There are two beach access is within a few blocks of the condo. We found the access to the left to be closer. The owners are wonderful about communicating and answering any questions. We would definitely rent here again especially since they allow dogs.

Incredible!

We have been coming to the OBX for about 15 years now. We have stayed in several places from Duck to Rodanthe with different companies. Nothing has topped this lovely condo! it has it all! A pleasant surprise was a cart to bring the luggage and goodies up from the car. The elevator and cart made unloading and loading much easier, especially since we are 54 and 61. The ability to bring our beloved dog, Bella, (a dachshund) made this place perfect! It is so clean and well stocked. Roomy. Not worn out or old looking. Bright and cheerful. Love the large deck and rockers!. Pool was clean and comfy- great for just 12 condos! Covered parking keeps you out of the rain and sun for loading and unloading. Close to the beach- drive or walk. Nags head beaches are virtually a 1/2 block or so- allowing dogs with short leashes anytime. The owners are easy to work with and quick to respond to questions, concerns, etc. We have just booked our stay for 2016, and we are sure that this visit will be even better than this year. i have a feeling this will be our vacation home from now on.

Great Place to share a weekend

What a wonderful central location. We rented the Condo and then invited our Daughter and husband to come for the weekend with their 3 children. It worked out great. The 5 and 6 year old loved the bunk beds and Mom brought a play n pak and set that up in the kids room. Lots of room. The beach was just a 3 minute walk away. A little to rough to play in the water as Earl was sitting off shore and making very big waves. So we retreated to the pool. Kids had a blast. Restaurants are close if you want to walk or cook in the Condo. Everything is there. Can't say enough about this everything is as described or better.
