Large groups will have plenty of space to spread out between the five spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom is on the 2nd level of the house and features a king-sized bed, a large walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom, complete with dual sinks, a walk-in shower, soaking tub, and essential toiletries.

There are three other bedrooms also on the 2nd level of the house. Two are outfitted with a queen bed and large closets, the other has two full beds with large closet. These 3 bedroom share a full bathroom with double vanity, shower & tub in the hallway.

☆☆ KITCHEN & LOUNGE ☆☆

It's a true chef’s kitchen, with an abundance of counter space, an oversized island, and sleek countertops. You’ll find all the cooking basics here, including stainless steel appliances, a blender, a coffee maker, and more.

You can perch yourself at the island (seating for four) to sip on pre-dinner cocktails or coffee, then head over to the large dining table (seating for 6) to dine as a group. Enjoy the beautiful wall art and assortment of indoor plants for a refreshing ambiance.

The kitchen and dining area open up to the boho themed living room. This area is equipped with a large flat-screen Smart TV with Bluetooth capabilities, a bluetooth speaker, comfy sofa, hanging egg chair and beautiful wall artwork.

Huge game room on the first level of the house to really take your stay up notch. Large pool table take the center of the room with an awesome foosball table just along side of it. 50" smart tv on the wall to enjoy in between shots or turns and a large grass wall with "good vibes" in neon lights incredible for taking pictures.

☆☆ OUTDOOR AREA ☆☆

The massive outdoor area is a staple of the home. This beautiful space features a private heated pool with a basketball hoop to play hoops while you swim (floats included), Hot tub, sun loungers, wood burning fire pit with seating for 4 around it and an outdoor hangout couch area with coffee table with seating for 3. Stainless steel gas grill and outdoor dining space with (seating for 8). Play some corn-hole, or go for a ride on the 2 mountain bikes stored in the garage. (Please reach out to us at least 48 hours in advance if you are interested in getting the pool heated. There is a daily fee.)

Great Place For Large Family In Phoenix

We enjoyed our weeklong stay with our family. We had 9 of us (6 adults and 3 kiddos). There were plenty of roooms/beds for us all. The pool was awesome especially when it was hot outside. The owners communicated with us quickly when we had issues with air conditioner and hot tub. We would stay again if we travel here again.

Some Problems.

First night the fridge started making a loud clicking noise and stopped working. The host was responsive about the issue but we were without a fridge after getting $180 worth of groceries. The refrigerator was replaced 48 hours after the issue which was the soonest they could get someone to the house. They did reimburse us $100 towards the groceries but initially wanted recipes that we didn’t keep due to it being vacation and not work. We could hear animals scurrying around the attic and the kids wouldn’t even go upstairs alone due to the sounds. They would also make strange scratching sounds as well. One person said they were probably roof rats. The host said they would have the exterminators look into it but not sure anything happened there. It kept happening the whole trip. There were several small things that didn’t make sense not to fix but appears they know about them but chose to do nothing. The handle on the door going out to the back yard didn’t work well at all and had a hand written sign explaining what direction to turn it to make it work. That’s a $20 fix. The latch for the soap on the dishwasher was broken so you just had to stick the soap somewhere else in the dishwasher. Love the location of the place just not keeping up with routine stuff it seems like.

Great room situation

Definitely a great place for our family vacation. The hosts were very pleasant and the neighborhood felt super safe and everything was 15 to 30 minutes drive. We really enjoyed having enough bedrooms for our 3 families. They definitely need a new dishwasher though.

Beautiful Phoenix Home

The house is beautiful with plenty of beds and bathrooms for our trip with 8 adults. The pool was clean and definitely refreshing for the AZ heat. We also enjoyed the firepit. Great location too! Plenty of stores within a 5-10 min drive for any grocery needs. Only a 25 minute drive for us to go see a D-Backs game during our stay!

Final Four Getaway

We headed to the Final Four in Phoenix and rented this house for a group of family and friends. The location was great - close to everything we wanted to do on the weekend. The pool and backyard was a great place to hang and relax all together. We enjoyed our time in Phoenix and this house was perfect for our group.

Charming place and great location!

My friends and I enjoyed our stay! The pool/jacuzzi was great! We paid to have heated and it was perfect. Beds were very comfortable. The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. The owners were great at responding. We had a few minor issues with check in and check out clarity with the management company, but it was resolved by owners and there wasn't anything major that truly hampered our stay!

A fantastic location

We had a group of family and friends. Loved all the bedrooms. The pool and spa was used and loved daily. The location is so closed to everything. We would definitely stay again if we were welcome. Josh was great to deal with. Thanks so much we had a great time.

Great Getaway

My family of five stayed at this home for a weekend getaway. Perfect location from airport, close to State Farm stadium. Beds were a bit firm, but the linens were fantastic. Would recommend to anyone.

Great place for a family or lg group

Stayed here for a Family Reunion. Had my adult children and teen grandchild with us as well. This is a lg house with enough room to be comfortable and a big living room off of the kitchen for everyone to be in together. Pool table and foozeball table were a bonus. Pool was great. Contact with Host was easy and they were quick to respond to our needs. Close to Markets, shopping centers and the Outlets. Would love to stay here again!

Great home and graduation fun

we rented this house for a family gathering in conjunction with a local graduation. It worked great because it had so many different spaces for different groups of people to be in. The kids could play games, the adults, and the kids could go swimming, we could watch sports, or we could play games at the kitchen table. If you wanted to get away, you could go upstairs to a comfortable room. Definitely central to anything in Phoenix, Tempe, or Chandler. Really enjoyed the house, the owners were fantastic, and the neighborhood is very nice.

Tureen house needs some TLC

There were five of us retired friends. Communication with hosts was excellent. The home was well located close to a park, shopping, and restaurants. The size of the house and number of bedrooms/ bathrooms were perfect for our needs. Unfortunately, the pool was not useable and the carpets were quite stained. We contacted the hosts about these issues and they said they would take care of them.

Perfect place for a weekend getaway with friends

We rented this house for 12 people when having friends in town. We enjoyed the game room, large kitchen and sunny backyard, and took several trips to nearby south mountain. Would definitely consider renting again

Family Event

We had a weekend family event planned and needed a place in that neighborhood for a party of 7 (5 adults & 2 boys). Everything was great and the house had plenty of room and privacy. Really enjoyed having 3 bathrooms and a bedroom downstairs. The master shower was a little tight but other than that the home suited our needs just fine. The pool table was a big hit for the older Boy (8). He enjoyed learning how to play and pool lingo.
